Why does every word speak for Tifa?

Tifa's signs of trauma are scattered throughout the game, some are obvious, some are subtle, but they all realistic reactions to all the things that have happened to her. Tifa is strong, yes, but she's also scared and confused. There are so much she still needs to learn and grow. And hopefully part 3 will do her character journey justice.
