Drabble for being somewhere you're not supposed to be with Jimin and "There's nothing to be scared of okay? I'm right here" pretty pleaseeeeee
yeah baby I’m on a roll. what you request is what you get ;) some 24-hour fort challenge with jimin
Jimin emerges fromthe darkness, holding back the clothing on the rack to see you. “You can comeout now. It’s all clear.”
Yet another terribleidea had sprung into his head that evening. You knew they were terrible ideas, but somehow he makes them all sound so brilliant when they come out of thoseplush, pink lips of his.
“This is a terrible idea,” you say, crawling out fromyour crouched position with cracking bones and a hefty grunt. “I don’t know whywe couldn’t have hidden in the same spot together.”
“You’re more quietwhen you’re alone,” Jimin says, letting go of the curtain of clothes he hadbeen holding open for you and ignoring your roll of eyes. “And anyways, now wehave this whole mall to ourselves. This is gonna be so fun!”
“And illegal,” you correct, walking towardsthe exit of the store.
“If you were soagainst this,” he says, catching up to you and bumping your shoulder with his, “wewouldn’t be here now, would we?”
“Well,” you say hesitantly,“you really wanted to do this…so—”
“Aw,” he drags the word out and stops in his tracks, slipping hishands into the pockets of his black jeans that hugged his hips a littletoo closely. “You really do love me!”
You roll your eyesagain, saying nothing but hearing the rapid influx of your heartbeat. It didn’thelp that he looked so magnificent either.
His black hair wasnow long enough to sweep over his eyes but his habit of running his fingersthrough the strands created a part in the middle, just enough space for you toplant your lips against his warm skin—if you had enough guts, that is. Hesported a simple black shirt, saying his choice of outfit was for ‘stealthpurposes’, but it had unintentionally showed off the delicate ridges of hiscollarbones and thin curves of his neck.
“Anyways, let’s getgoing,” Jimin says, stopping your train of thought. You wipe at your mouth in inhibitionand follow his keen lead. His footsteps echo throughout the empty building, followed suitly by his light laughter. “What do you wanna do?”
“I don’t know,” yousay, contemplating whether to catch upto his quicks steps or keep walking at your cautious pace.
He stops to let you movein closer. “Let’s get unlimited cinnamon rolls! Or maybe whirl around inshopping carts! How about we go into that ball pit near the food court? I feelso embarrassed the last time I went in in public.”
You stop at asizeable distance between you and him. He takes the initiative for you, restinghis palms on the ball of your shoulders.
“You scared?” Heasks, frowning a little.
“No,” you lie.
“Y/N, don’t worry.Nobody is here.”
“And if there is?” You ask.
“I’ll blame it all on you.”
“Jimin—”
“Y/N. Stop worrying. Look around. It’s just me and—”
Footsteps.
You snap your head towards the noise, feeling your heart drop to thebottom of your stomach. A few shuffles, then a bright flashlight. “Who’s there?”
Jimin meets your eyes again, wide with panic. “Quick!” He hisses, takingadvantage of the position of his hands to drag you into the nearest shop.
“Jimin, I told you,” you whisperas burning red thoughts pound in your head and he hushes you, pulling youtowards an open door and stuffing you in.
“Glad they forgot to lock this one,” he comments, almost chuckling if hewasn’t in such a rush. He clicks the door close behind him, engulfing the twoof you in complete darkness. The room is small, too small.
You slide down the wall, hugging your legs close, and he follows you. Hearing only the frantic rhythm of hisbreathing mixed with yours, you hold your ear against the wood of the door, tuning into any noise outside.
You hear shuffling again, then the erratic fidgeting of a flashlightbutton. Then the ‘clack’ of hangers sliding against metal, as ifwhoever was anticipating the culprits behind them.
The shuffling gets closer and your heart beats faster. You can’t find itin yourself to look anywhere so you shut your eyes, waiting for the rush ofcool air and a bright light flashing on your face once you get caught.
“Hey, hey,” Jimin whispers, breaking you out of your thoughts again. Hegrabs your shoulders, shaking you slightly. “Y/N, breathe.”
You choke on an intake of air and he places his hands on your back tobring you closer. You keep your face hovering inches away from the skin of hisneck but you allow yourself to place your hands against his chest and your legsagainst his. You hear his heartbeat, so clearly.
“There’s nothing to be scared of, okay?” He hushes near the shell ofyour ear, making shivers run up your spine. “Don’t be scared. Everything’sfine.”
You breathe in quickly, almost as if sensing a presence right againstthe door. Your hands bunch up around the material of his shirt, making him dighis fingers into your back.
“I’m right here,“ Jimin saysso low. “Nothing’s gonna happen to you.”
The shuffling moves away. You release a sigh you didn’t realize you hadbeen holding.
Silence. Just enough to make sure they were gone.
More silence.
“Jimin,” you whisper. “You’re so fucking stupid.”
He laughs softly and you slide your hands around his neck to kiss him withthe same tempo. He sighs, moving his mouth against yours slowly and with suchintimacy.
He pulls back and you swear he’s grinning. “You never kiss me first.”
You say nothing, feeling your face turn warm.
“Maybe I should get in more trouble then,” he says through the mold of agrin on his face.
“No way,” you say, leaning forward and wrapping your arms around his waist.“I’m never going to let you convince me into one of your ideas again.”
“We’ll see about that,” Jimin says, leaning in to kiss just under yourear.
“Jimin,” you warn but it sounds more like a whimper.
56 + situation 12 with yoongi? thanks in advance <3
56. We’ve been waking up like this for 3 years.12 - Finally home after a hard day
The apartment was cold and empty during the day when both of you went to work. The walls screamed from loneliness until you came home from the small office cubicle you worked in.
The feeling of kicking off your shoes and taking a deep breather in the safety of your home could be compared to a warm spring day or a crispy winter walk when the ground is white all-over.
The only difference was that Yoongi rarely came back from work at a humane hour. He always stretched his days to the little hours of the night and had such inspiration, that leaving the unfinished beat would as well be considered a crime.
“What about having dinner like an ordinary couple?” You would always question him about the value of actually sitting down for dinner and talking about your day.
The door creaked and sighed when someone pushed it open. A tired Yoongi appeared in the hallway with his arms full of work stuff and a Gucci bag as well as a brown takeout bag spilling with your favorite servings.
“Where are you?” he croaked, his throat dry from rehearsing over and over again. A head popped through the corner and locked eyes with his dark eye bags the size of the moon.
“I smell takeout.” You chirped and went over to him, wrapping your arms around his waist. “I already set the table.”
“The work’s getting together,” he stuffed his mouth with more rice. “It’s amazing, how at first I thought I wasn’t going anywhere with it. The entire mixtape is almost done.” He was shining with pride and the aura he spread around him was enough to light up the entire room and power your television.
“I’m proud of you.” You reached across the table and grabbed his hand for a moment. “You inspire me everyday.” The sudden confession stained your cheeks in red embarrassment, but Yoongi looked at you with a shining smile.
The dishes were done together, like every night but with Yoongi insisting on doing the washing. “You can dry them if you want, but washing is fun.”
“I think we should really get ourselves a washing machine.”
Sleep was pushing your eyelids to close and drift off to a deep slumber, but Yoongi’s warm body pressed against you, his arms gently wrapping around your waist. A silence set between the two of you as you listened to his heartbeat beating like a racehorse in full action.
“Did you notice we’ve been waking up like this, you against me, every day for almost three years?”
Turning around to face him, you pressed your soft lips against his temple, nose and lips. “I wish- I wish we could be together more often.”
A second silence fell but Yoongi wasn’t annoyed or frustrated at you. Rather, he felt guilt for coming home late and just bringing takeout when you two could actually have fun and cook together.
He would love to steal kisses in between mixing and boiling and setting the table. He could almost see how flustered you would get, and then go and get revenge for it. His lips pulled upwards into a smile as he closed his eyes.
“I know baby.” He brushed his lips against your nose. “We’ll definitely spend more time together. I promise.”
can I pls get a drabble for RM, stuck indoors on a rainy day and 'a cup of coffee would be nice' ??
guess what? ya girl finally stopped procrastinating to write :-)
It was exactly 11minutes until your exam, and you were stuck.
“Ma’am,” the cashierlady says cautiously, “please calm down.”
“Calm down?” You almost yell, the slung overbackpack hanging pendulously on your shoulder slipping off and you catch itwith the crook of your elbow. “I need to get to my exam—”
“Ma’am,” she repeats again, her lips tightening and you decide totake a deep breath, “I know this is urgent for you, but we cannot let you out.”
You swallow back theburn in your throat. “It’s only a bit of rain—” You start but just asyou do, you hear the cackle of thunder outside, as if mocking your words. Youreyes glance towards the glass doors, and if it weren’t for them barricading theinterior of the café, the water would have been up to your ankles.
You turn back to thewoman, her eyebrow raised as she looks down at you. “It’s part of our healthand safety regulations.”
“Right.” You hold back your tongue, turning away to flop back ontoyour table. You let go of your backpack, it slumping down on the leg of yourchair almost with pity.
You’re going to missthis exam. Because of some rain.
You let your eyes close, feeling the effects of your last night’s sleep as the lids almost burn when they shut. As you let yourweariness flow all throughout your body, you can’t help but to think; what wereyou going to do now? A missed exam? Would they even let you retake it? Did youjust fail your whole semester? Wereyou—
You feel the presence of somebody.
He sits across from you. Tall, his skin color bronze but the rainoutside the window leaves him with a blue tint. His fingers go to adjust thecap on his head, lifting it to run them through his hair.
“You okay?” He asks.
You frown. “Y-yeah. I’m fine.”
“An exam, huh?” He continues, lifting his eyes to yours. “I overheard.”
Your chest swells with annoyance. “Yeah, you must have. I was pretty loud.” You breathe. “I’m sorry. I’m just—really stressed.”
He smiles. Dimples. “Don’t be.”
You almost scoff. “I’ve been preparing for this exam for months, and nowI’m missing it because of some ‘healthand safety regulation’ bullshit.”
“You’d rather go outside to risk your life than miss one exam?” He leans back in his chair, almost amused.
“It’s not one exam, it’s the exam,” you rebuke.
“An exam is an exam,” he replies. “Everybody tells you to take them soseriously, but they don’t really matter in the big scope of things.”
You stare at him, indifferent.
“Okay, how about this?” He moves in closer, leaning his elbows on thetable. “There’s probably a handful of other people, stuck inside in the middleof this great big fucking tycoon, just like you. There’s no way they won’t let you retake it.”
Your shoulders relax.
“See?” He says, laughing. “You’re stressing over nothing.”
Your eyes fall to the floor, a smile creeping up. “Why do you want me sorelaxed anyways? I don’t even know your name.”
“What’s better than being stuck inside with a hottie all day?” Hereplies and your eyes widen, feeling blood rush up your face. You can’tremember the last time anybody’s flirted with you. “A hottie who’s not allstressed out, that’s what. And I’m Namjoon.”
“You’re forward,” you say,smiling. “Y/N.”
Namjoon lifts his cap again, smiling too.
“I should get back to studying,” you say, your face warm.
“Or—” He interludes, “we cansit and talk.”
Your hand goes to hide half of your face, burning to the touch. “Fine. Butit’ll cost ya.”
Namjoon raises his eyebrow, a smirk hinting at his pink lips. “What willit be?”
“A cup of coffee would be nice,” you say, holdingyour cheek in your palm.
