You and Grim share a phone. It only makes sense — it's paid for by the school, and the two of you are technically one student. You're a special case in multiple ways. Night Raven College doesn't exactly go around giving out free phones to its students.

As the one with pockets, you typically keep the phone on your possession. Not always, though. Sometimes you leave it on the table, or forget it in your pocket when you change, or Grim really wants to see if the magic chocolate guy uploaded a new video and swipes it when you're not paying attention.

This can cause issues when someone is trying to reach you. Luckily, it's easy to tell who has the phone when half of your duo is a self-absorbed direbeast.

Thinking on interesting premises for Yuu creation/character dev. in terms of the 'isekai' genre and... One interpretation I am highly favoring is a Yuu who thinks they were abducted by a cult at first - aka. they saw the Opening Ceremony and instantly thought 'oh this is such a scam' but plays along with it. They give the name 'Yuu' as an alias, carefully making choices to handle these conveniently timed conflicts and 'overblots' to please the Headmaster. Full on thinking they're stuck in something like The Truman Show. Somehow they keep developing their own explanations for the magic, school, setting, etc. It's realistic - seeing is believing can only get you so far. They're trying to logic their way out of everything, even convincing themselves that they must be in a comatose dream as a last resort. It could also explain why they're so active for someone trapped in an alternate reality. Always choosing to be a bystander who's conveniently at the right place at the right time. At the start they're planning to escape, and by Arc 6 they're convinced it's all just some elaborate dream in their psyche. Which is why they stop asking Crowley to leave or mentioning their world ( plus the Mickey mirror) to everyone in twst - interpreting the discomfort as their brain pushing them away vs. the twst cast simply not wanting Yuu to go.

Arc Seven for those of you who know (I will not elaborate for the sake of spoilers) would 100% be where the crash-out of 'oh. this is real. these are real people.' happens. The chapter line up is perfect for the realization to slowly be brough about, and conclusion sets a precedence for an entirely new pathway other than 'Yuu goes home' for Arc 8.

Anywho. This is a premise I'm considering for a new series (perhaps a series of comics) as the completion of 'TWST: Hall Of Mirrors' nears publishing. I've considered many backgrounds for my own personal Yuu and pathways...but this one continues to linger with me.

Ideas for Villainous Characters for your Yuusona / Ocs in Twisted Wonderland

To help fanfic writers and artists, I thought I’d make a list of characters/items that creators could use to make their own twst characters. Feel encouraged to add if you have any ideas as well! The bigger the list, the better!

These are all things that present a challenge to the heroes in the Disney films or are connected to an antagonistic force, such as the poison apple being connected to the Evil Queen, or are just shown in a wicked light, such as the vultures from the same movie who just follow the queen looking devious.

Below are things that feature from the main animated features that feature in Twst; Alice in Wonderland, The Lion King, etc. But aren’t technically taken. Other animated movies, live action, games, and etc. will get their own list.

The doll art trend is making me have ideas. Abandoned Twst Dolls that Yuu keeps finding, taking home and fixing up. They're alive and haunted, but this isn't some random person or a kid. They're being loved and taken care of without being changed. If they've got flowers growing from them, they get fixed up and put by a window for sunlight without the flowers, a piece of them and their souls, getting removed.

New TWST fic idea where The Mysterious Yuu is a little more than they appear to be. There are bits and pieces people pic up that despite a supposed lack of magic, something's off about them. Riddle is the first to change around them, treating them with the utmost respect. Leona comes next, deffering to them before anyone else and actually listening to them. (Half of savannahclaw seems scared of them, oddly enough.) Azul is next, and him and the Leech twins seem to almost worship them. Jamil and Kalim both get their acts together during winter break, no one in the dorm knows what they did though for the sudden change to happen.

The first time someone seems to really glimpse that Yuu is more than human is during the SDC, post Vil's overnlot. If one were to ask the night raven performers. They all caught a momentary glimpse of a large person smiling at them from the stands. Far too large to be human. Who looked very similar to their Yuu.

The truth doesn't truly come out until Idia's overblot, with the opening of the Underworld. When that giant makes a return with power burning in their eyes and dancing across fingertips as they match the monster Ortho's strength, pushing him down, fury on their face.

The ages of the gods never quite ended, and the one the mirror happened to summon and accidentally seal most of the power of off was broken free by the death surging upwards into the world. By absorbing the power and essence of blot as they headed father into the eye of the storm.

The God of Sleep and Dreams, sibling to Death, is not one to be fought. Not all who fight them wake. This was a fury none though possible, thus was the wrath of a God. But this incident was never to leave Styx, the magic swearing of all those who saw made certain of that.

All was well. Until Malleus Draconia overblotted. And was faced with someone eating, literally eating, at his powers. Wide awake, yet still deep in his specially crafted dreams.
