Happy Fakemon Friday! Unnamed, Dark/Dragon type 'Mon.

Glass Cannon Sp. Attacker. In addition to STAB Dark and Dragon moves, knows moves like Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, and Ice Beam. More design notes under the cut:

I found a palette I absolutely LOVED, it spoke to me with the lil guy's design! From there I just bumped up the saturation and let the design sort of float to me. Imps, jesters, mischief... I really like how it turned out. Returned to my lasso color-block sketch method for these to amazing effect.

I think it would get an ability like Magus to boost sp. atk moves, so theyre almost LIKE STABs. I'd balance that out with it only gets a few really good ones via TM list.

I've been hoping to translate this doujinshi one day ever since I came across only a couple of tiny, grainy scans of it on this fansite nearly 8 years ago. In late 2018, I asked @saiyanb​ if she, by any chance, had it in her collection and it just so happened that it was part of a purchase she had just made earlier. What a coincidence, really! The amazing person she is, she scanned and cleaned it in its entirety for us. However, since the first half of 2019 was rough for me and the second half was busy, it took me a while to get through it. I'm happy I can finally share this with you all in 2020! (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) "Heart-warming Family 2“ was published in 1992 and contains longer, serious stories as well as hilarious one-pagers that almost remind me of TeamFourStar-humor. The main stories are: "Our Life with the Androids" which takes place in an alternative universe in which Cell never existed. Instead of continuing to hunt down Goku No.16, No.17 and No.18 end up at Capsule Corp. where No.16 enjoys taking care of baby-Trunks (much to the displeasure of Vegeta) and the twins help around the house. "Teatime" in which Bulma tells Gohan and Future Trunks why she fell in love with Vegeta. "A Tale of two People" in which Bulma goes on a short trip to figure out how she feels about Vegeta and the fact that she's pregnant with his child. "Life in the Future" in which Future-Trunks deals with rejection from his mother who spends all her time inventing the time machine. and "After that Story" which is another VegeBul story that takes place right before the Cell Games. The short stories are all parodies of the original Dragon Ball manga. The Ice Starters of Urzavos - Arctic Arachnids

Base form: These cheerful 'Mons love to swing and dangle from high places on their icy webbing. Their webbing and fur is highly sought after.

Mid form: In an attempt to not be seen as frightening by others, it has attempted to walk upright like humans. Its clumsy attempts are very endearing.

Final form: These graceful 'Mons love to weave intricate webs into clothing for itself, then show of their hard work to any who will look at them. They prize novelty over function.

This 'Mon is a bulky physical attacker. They know moves such as Night Slash, Ice Fang, X-Scissor, and Stomp. They have a special move called Icicle Shears. It is an ice type physical move that cuts through the target's raised statuses, attacking it as if it had none. It can also cut through Substitute.

Rebellious Revenge

Sick and tired of their tails being cut off, the Slowpoke of Urzavos evolved to drop their fatty tails soon after birth. Walking upright, they have adopted a foul temper and drive to live in tighter-knit groups. When resting in rivers or hot springs to soothe their many wounds from fights, however, the stub of their tail still attracts other Mons who wish to eat them.
