Haunted Harvestmen - Hayboo and Effighast!

Hayboo love to hide in old, rotting hay as it protects them from the sun, which they're not fully used to.

Effighast are a familiar sight in the farmer's fields of Urzavos. Not only do they shoo away pesky Bug and Flying type 'Mons that would destroy crops, they have a keen sense to what crops are thriving and withering.

These 'Mons tend to be bulky special attackers. These Mons know moves such as Will-o-Wisp, Hex, Sunny Day and Solar Beam.

Prowling Phantoms - Spritten, Predageist and Phanther!

Spritten are playful and energetic 'Mons, and can be a handful for new trainers. They used to be hunted extensively, being prized as rare pets.

A dark force revived a poor Spritten caught in a trap, and now Predageist seeks out those that would do harm to others relentlessly.

All that is left of Phanther's mortal self is its pelt, which it carries with it. Despite its ruthless battle style, it is a loyal to its trainer and loves to sleep in moonbeams.

These 'Mons tend to be swift attackers. These Mons know moves such as Night Slash, Shadow Sneak, Scary Face, and a signature move called Petrichor. Petrichor will deal damage and trap 'Mons in battle for five turns, while dealing 1/8th damage each turn.

Ominous Owls - Boohootu and Geistryx!

Boohootu are 'Mons that come out only at night, emitting a deep hoot that draws other Ghost-type 'Mons to it.

Geistryx's feathers sodden with the spirits of those it has gathered, it wanders from shadow to shadow to collect wayward souls. Despite its fearsome appearance, it is a shy Mon.

These 'Mons tend to be swift attackers. These Mons know moves such as Night Daze, Shadow Sneak, Hurricane and Eerie Spell.

I have combined Xeeble's Faketober with Cursedeye's Faketober! The combined prompt I rolled was: Mythological Wings (6 - 4)

Amalgamated Abbearations

Broken toys that have become inhabited by a mischievous spirit. Said spirit prefers dolls with missing limbs, allowing them to take on a form more pleasing to its own whimsy. The stronger it grows, the more spirits it attracts, soon becoming an amalgamation of fright.

This was day one of Cursedeye's Faketober (2022)! The only one I did as well, as I got busy during the month. I gave the base stage new art and I also gave it an evolution! It gave me a LOT of trouble, actually, and I'm so pleased with how it turned out.
