Anime of the day: Taifuu no Noruda

Kenta, Azuma’s best friend, wants to quit playing baseball. And while the two of them are at school, for the culture festival, Kenta tell’s Azuma his feelings. Azuma doesn’t take it well, but the two are supposed to stay inside. A typhoon is approaching their town, and being outside is dangerous. However, when Azuma sees a mysterious girl get electrocuted, because she was standing on an electrical tower during a typhoon, he runs off to try and rescue her.

Studio Colorido animated Pokemon: Twilight Wings?

It’s very rich in colour and it looks so soft and very flowy. It’s a very new company from what I’m reading, roughly eight years old, but the animation style is so simple and yet so gorgeous looking. It almost reminds me of Studio Ghibli, but I can definitely see the uniqueness to it.

I’d say this company has some potential right there! Still new, but the mark is there!

I wonder if we'll get a Twilight Wings trailer dropping either today or tomorrow, since the premiere is on Wednesday. Here's a preview of one of the movies Studio Colorido (who are doing Twilight Wings) worked on, and it's gorgeous:
