This is college.

I am permanently lost, permanently exhausted, and permanently running. I am happy and sad and angry. I have 4 days of classes. 3 days of weekend. 7 days of full schedule. I eat sporadically. I sleep sporadically. I see my roommates occasionally. We all sleep here at the same time never. I have cookie dough in the fridge and clothes covering my floor. My laptop is always dead. My phone is always plugged in. I nap daily. I only watch good tv. I've been making friends. I've been very awkwardly making friends. I miss Mexican food and In-n-Out. I miss sitting on my butt playing video games with my friends. I miss board games and Adventure Time and Jeopardy. I miss my dog and my home. I am having the time of my life. Alabama is perfect. I know everyone doubted me in coming here. I know it seemed very off the wall. But I'm here getting the perfect college blend of academics and fun. I'm in love with the whole notion of it.
