Über-Mach: Happy Halloween from the Tattered Man

An ominous medium shot of the Tattered Man, the American carpetbagger who becomes a scion of industry within Caesar Würm’s government. His corporate empire brought about not only the ruin of the old world empire, but destroyed the Black Forest - and with it, all the world’s magic - as well.

Über-Mach: Warloch the Mad

In “The Book of Invasions,” the Maid of the Black Forest is forced to defend her dream realm from Warloch the Mad, an ancient water dragon that was summoned into the Maid’s consciousness because the Tattered Man tricked a witch during a ritual on Beltane.

Über-Mach: The Villains Title Card

Despite Würm‘s objections, the Tattered Man disobeys the Caesar and commissions a deranged inventor to complete a time machine. The device traps Lon in ancient Germania... or, at least, a version of it.

Über-Mach: Broken Halo

From the episode “My Fair Lady,” Lon travels to Londontown to help the rebels against the Blight, but a cleric’s zealotry threatens the hard-won peace.

Über-Mach: Über-Mädchen, is She Friend or Foe?

When Lon is trapped in the Black Forest’s ancient past, he and the Maid realize that the Aurinia he meets is destined to become the goddess of Germanic legend. Unfortunately, after the dramatic events of “Across the Ten Dimensions,” she may not be the hero they had hoped for.

Über-Mach: The Face in the K.R.O.N.E. Computer

As the Roman Empire destroyed more and more lands, the magic of the earth sought refuge in the one place the Blight could not penetrate -- the Black Forest, protected by its powerful witch! But the power proved so unwieldy, she had no choice but to absorb it and shut down.

So while the Maid of the Black Forest may appear to be “slumbering” in the glass casket beside K.R.O.N.E., her consciousness is powering the super computer while she struggles in the dream realm to contain all the world’s magic.

Following the collage theme, the painting an animation cel I own by Filmation, while the manipulated photo is of actor Helen Manasses, a regular cast member on the radio show. Ironically, K.R.O.N.E./the Maid of the Black Forest was voiced by Kaylee Ross, while Helen voiced Aurinia, the sometimes-villainous Über-Mädchen.

Following the collage theme, the Tattered Man is by me, while the lush background could only be by the Disney animators for Snow White, used once again to evoke the Grimm feel of the Über-Mach: Defender of the Black Forest mythos.
