project #3: touch-ups and presentation prep
Today we are fine-tuning our mobile banking app. We've done user testing this week, and are making iterations to parts that seemed confusing or unclear to the majority of our users. I am quickly understanding the importance of user testing; what may seem obvious to you is not at all clear to someone else, especially if you are the one building the application. While I love the design and layout phase of UX/UI design, I am seeing how user testing is essential to creating something that you consider a success. It's also kind of fun to watch others play with something that you built!
Our presentation started with 20+ slides, and now we are slowly trimming it down to around 10. We decided to present our idea as if we are pitching to a client, and as a result we cut out a lot of unnecessary information.
