These aren't the prettiest I've ever made, but they might be the tastiest. I'm currently obsessed with oat flour. (aka, quick oats that I throw into my blender and then bake with.) this week i discovered two snacks sans sucres that were AMAZEBALLS (as my friend @morganstauffer used to say)...this chocolate / dried fruit snack that my friend @gaellerapptronquit makes (from Geyneth Paltrow's cook book) and energyballs made by my friend @delphaway at @les.5.marches (run by the lovely and talented duo of Géraldine et Delphine). they ran out yesterday, so i tried to make them with what i had on hand: dried prunes and mangoes and nuts, and coconut flakes (which i shredded). Keto egg roll in a bowl stir fry! Looks like hell, tastes amazing! 2 bags Asian salad slaw mix (or Cole slaw mix), 1 Savoy cabbage shredded, 8-10 radishes shredded or chopped, 1 bunch green onion, garlic and ginger as desired, 2 pounds ground meat (we used pork), salt, 1 pound shrimp, soy sauce or liquid aminos and sesame oil to taste.
