I haven't been making nearly as many finished artworks as I would have liked to recently, but I did finish this frankly kind of absurd height chart I've been chipping away at for the past few days, featuring all of my iterators and... iterator-adjacents. There's a lot, especially considering I only post about a small handful of them. Individuals (which I'd recommend you look at, because tumblr completely butchers the quality of the full image) and rambling under cut.

The four groups here are Apparition, Antiquated Ornaments, Many Small Shores, and Wings Over Water, respectively.

Apparition is my main group, so to speak, has some of my all-time favourite characters, and are probably who you're most likely to be familiar with, but the Ornaments actually came before them, and were the first characters I made when getting into the game back in 2023. Wings Over Water was a collaborative project with a good friend of mine (who ESI belongs to) that came not long after the Ornaments. Shores is still a fairly recent development, being made late last year, where all but two of the characters exist only backstory only (hint: they didn't make it).

And then there are all those who don't belong to any specific groups, or, in the case of SQL, SAI, and EWOAWA, belong to collaborative groups with other people's characters. Drawing them all together was incredibly fun, because these are the characters I like to give my slightly more experimental designs. They can barely manage a consistent head shape between them, it's great. Most of these are from 2025, when I really got into OC content again after treading through a creative drought. COD is the latest addition to the roster, being made just over a week ago.

Various Price of Forgiveness AU spinoffs that I've noodled on in my word doc at various points. Some Brother(s) Immortal, and some human AU, which is purely self-indulgent but also what the hell I'm just out here bonking my toys together.

So I was curious about something, and it seems the ‘ugly bitch’ (busu) line was roughly the same in both versions, both times it shows up. Seems Monokuma was saying it to no one in particular, and it does sound like an utterly out-of-nowhere line with an unnecessary new sprite.

But it uh. Bothers me a little-

-because Monokuma would also describe himself as some variation of ‘cute’, and the context of the ‘busu’ line was Monokuma being ‘overwhelmed by cute’.

Dubious if this bear is just talking about... bears- that is, the Monokubs and his bear-self. But if in this latter case, he’s actually talking about someone behind the bear who is adorable, even childlike, this might just be an obscure sort of hint to that person’s background.

Because if Ouma’s case is anything to go by, odd things reflecting the Warriors of Hope’s backstories is a bit concerning, to say the least.

so right the the dragon outfits. that are styled after the three dragons. especially the headdresses. like, the horns and stuff, right. so...

so we’re getting the Light Dragon outfit in DLC right??????? :D
