I did it! I figured reaching 3000 followers - THANK YOU! - would be the best time to finally do a #MeetTheBookstagrammer post, so I plucked up the courage to get in front of the camera, and share some (fun?) facts about me ☺️ . ⭐️ My name is Johanna and I’m 24 years old. I was born in the Netherlands, but have been living in the UK for 7 years, and currently living in London!🎡 . ⭐️ I’m a HUGE Taylor Swift fan 🎶 (My highlight of 2020 so far is a pop-up from Spotify letting me know I’m in the top 1% of Taylor Swift listeners, and I regret nothing 😎) . ⭐️ My favourite genre to read is fantasy for any age, though I love to branch out to other genres occasionally. My kryptonite is children’s non-fiction, especially if they are beautifully illustrated or biographies 😍 . ⭐️ I love dogs, especially my parents’ dog Luca. 🐶 I don’t have my own, but one of my life goals is to either have a Corgi or a Sussex Spaniel named Albert. . ⭐️ Caraval by Stephanie Garber is the book that made me rediscover reading in 2017, and the reason I started my Bookstagram around the same time! 🎪 . ⭐️ I watch way too much tv 📺 I could never pick a favourite tv show, but some highlights are Gilmore Girls, Peaky Blinders, Game of Thrones, Heartland, Victoria, Outlander, Fleabag, The Bold Type, and I’ll stop now. 😅 . ⭐️ I just finished my master’s degree and using this time in lockdown to work full-time on my fantasy book! 🖌 . ⭐️ I can get obsessed with video games (current obsession is Horizon Zero Dawn), either playing them or watching gamers on youtube. So happy to finally have this beauty in my hands.

It's so pretty. And it's a floppy paperback - my favourite kind of paperback

It has been a long time waiting for it, seen as it was pre-ordered from Book Depository and wasn't shipped until the 15th of this month.

I don't have much luck with pre-orders, unless they're from Waterstones (the only place I've ever had a successful pre-order from)

Anyways, enough moaning, I cannot wait to get stuck into this, the tag team of Amie and Jay is my all-time favourite author tag team ever. They write amazing books together (Illuminae Files is my favourite trilogy)
