He hit the nail on the head… Rory will eat ANYTHING. After his mother died he basically ate noodles and bread whenever he wasn’t at Ed’s. He cannot cook, at all and Justin wasn’t going to be cooking for him and his sister. Poor Una.

I imagine that Ed just kinda stocked up on whatever Rory wanted. Kinda like "what do you want?" and then it's there for the next time.
