By pure coincidence, I got invested in the Miraculous and Renegades fandoms at the same time so now my brain is just filled with superheroes with civilian identities and love squares and generally feeling fed up because of the main characters.

If you like Miraculous, you should really read the Renegades series. It's basically the Miraculous love square but more complicated (I know, how could it be :O). Here, a short love square blurb:

Adrian = superhero (Sketch) Nova = superhero (Insomnia) but is really part of a group of villains The Sentinel = "superhero" but has no affiliation with the main band of superheroes that save the city. they operate on their own (Adrian's "secret identity") Nightmare = a villain who can put others to sleep (Nova's "secret identity"

Adrian and Nova are kind of in love with each other but they're sworn enemies as the Sentinel and Nightmare.
