…Dude, my family has no right to criticize my style ever. I’m filing this holo away, right next to Princess Cinnabuns and Uncle Moptop. Next time any of them come for me, I’ll be ready.

Rey being alone most of her life and being sad that she was alone.
Ben feeling alone most of his life even though he was the son of some of the most important people in the galaxy. And then when he felt that he may finally find his place with people who were like him and his great uncle, they tried to kill him. Proving the voice inside his head that he was truly alone.
YOU KNOW WHAT I NEEDED AT THE LAST OF SKYWALKER WAS A BEN WHO COULDN'T FORM WORDS AROUND CHEWIE. AND CHEWIE INSTEAD OF HOLDING ANYTHING AGAINST HIM JUST HUGS HIM. BECAUSE ITS HIS UNCLE CHEWY AND HES BABY BEN.
i forgot the point of this post.

Young!Ben Solo Ficlet: That Piece of Junk
No Warnings, just lots of Solo family feels.
Not a request, however they are open.
When he was little, Ben Solo loved the Millennium Falcon. Those rusted metal halls and well worn leather seats were where he took his first steps, and made some of his earliest memories with his dad and his uncle Chewie. No matter how often they moved to different spots all across the galaxy, The Falcon remained the same. A steady, sure presence in his life that reminded him he was safe. For those years, those precious, almost faded years, The Falcon was home.
As Ben got a little older, and his mother’s constant movement throughout the galaxy started to slow down, he realized something about The Falcon. It would stay parked in one of the base’s largest hangars for the most part, but every few moons, his father would sit him down, and quietly explain that he and uncle Chewie were going away for a while, and that all would be okay, they’d be back soon.
He always nodded, not wanting to make a fuss, and hugged his dad tightly just in case. He stood next to his mother and watched the old ship take to the sky, trying not to think of the uncertainty that awaited his father when he’d land. So he watched in awe, as the ship that was once his home once again took his father away.
Ben:“We have so many photos.” Luke:“We've had many good moments, Ben."
I’m literally crying, why wasn’t this in the movie???? It would have helped set up Ben’s redemption.
Has anyone had the thought that Hux only became the resistance spy for Rose? And then he told poe/finn/chewie that it was because he hated kylo because he didnt want to deal with three over protective older brothers? Just me? Cool.
