072618 : F r i d a t e   at   U n c l e ‘ s C he f f y

Hello - happy payday! Since payday is real - I went on a late lunch date with some of my officemates. Yeah, #TGIF was real to me too! Hart, hart. 

And today’s foo-destination : Uncle Cheffy’s at Greenfield District!

The place was actually very cozy - high ceiling with draping lights, wooden chairs and a nice carvings on the wall. It felt like a stay-cation meal actually while the rain poured like cats and dogs. It was my first time to be here - and I loved to take a photo of the whole place - but due to my triggered anxiety - I’ll do it later ‘til I completely forgot about it! Hahahaha!

Every food on the menu was mouth-watering but what we ppicked was their bestseller - the panizza, a steak and a scallop dessert. They had many combos and barkadas treat that you can choose from but because it was our first times - we used to have the best seller pair.

It was my first time to taste a panizza. AT first I wasn’t really paying attention - knowing that these two ladies could be just being silly and what they meant to say was “pizza”. Well - it was trapped - because it was new to me.

It was a flat chessy pizza-like pastry in a rectangle form with vegetables you put at the top. Here’s how to eat these : ( Thanks to my coach - Julie! Hahahaha! )

Get yourself a slice of the panizzza. Put the vegetables toppings : tomatoes, lettuce and the sprouts - the roll it and it was ready to go! Very easy! Yummy! 

Such a perfect appetizer!

And for the main course... the steak! Everyone loves steak and how could we resist? Trust me - they had one of the tastiest steak on town!

The last but never been the least - the dessert! My most favorite part of the meaaal! 

This looked like a cake but it wasn’t - it was actually an ice cream in a very creative form. The brown which looked like a loaf was actually a graham - I think and the inside was a mind-freezing cream with pineapple bits. The other one in green was a pandan flavored coating with chocolate inside. And take these pair was absolutely an awesome combination!

Meals could never been so merry and special without the people who used to bond with. You may not enjoy the real taste of the meal on the table if you wouldn’t be able to share it with your loved ones! For me - that was what made every meal to every Juans memorable!
