It’s been two months since I got deployed. As a person who grew up in a busy city, living in a province brought me peace but at the same time, I struggled since my go to fast food chain is 8km away and they don’t deliver to our assigned area. The struggle was real but it’s all worth it. I have learned to appreciate life more and to be grateful for the privileges that I have. During the field practice, we had to work with different people from the healthcare industry and to interact with the local government officials which made us learn a lot of things during our short stay. We may have left our assigned area, but the things we have learned will stay forever in our hearts and minds.
