Sans: Wears a medical mask but will kiss your fir head through it. He read somewhere that affection helps. So he is very kind and gets you lots of water and soup. But if you test his patience by being cranky then he will revoke all his kindness and just give you the basic necessities until you feel better.
Underfell
Red: Goes and finds whoever made you sick and tries to beat to a pulp every doctor that fails to cure you. It would be sweet if his yelling wasn't quite so loud.
Swapfell
Raspberry: Does not cut you any slack. You are expected to complete your tasks anyway. Sorry just try not to complain too much.
Saffron: Babies you more than usual. He does not care if he gets sick he just wants you to feel the best you can. So you get whatever you want, even outside time if you ask. Just don't refuse his cooking, he will cry.

I think an AU where Foxy is Sans Undertale would work surprisingly well, since they have a lot in common: they're both fan-favorite characters who aren't as deep as they seem but are still misinterpreted by a large portion of the fandom, with it being common fanon to turn both into great heroes that neither of them are.
That’s really only how the fandom views them though. Canon-wise they’re not very similar.
