Hi! I've been obsessed with Wayhaven since reading the first book a few months ago. Your story has been my main source of inspiration lately!

I was wondering if the members of Unit Alpha have signature colours? I know UB are associated with certain colours in the books, but I'm not sure about UA and I'm hoping to make fanart for them. Sorry if this has been asked before!! I should really join the Patreon to read up on the lore

Oh, good question!

Unit Bravo's are definitely set for their signature colours (which came about mostly because it's easier during planning to see where love interest scenes happen 'cause I can highlight them in their colours, lol!).

For Unit Alpha, I don't really have that as I haven't written with them yet in that way.

Possibly:

Lesedi - gold/yellow

Maaka - Orange (this is a for sure one!)

Tane - Ohhh, I'm actually not sure for Tane. Possibly a dark grey.

Tamiko - Teal

all of Unit Alpha are human born werewolves so no tails D:

Thank you! I know the Scott brothers are human born, and thought Lesedi was but wasn’t sure about Tamiko.

There has to be a major tactical disadvantage to not having a tail, if anything, you lose a major method of communication

Edit: I figure it’s a way to differentiate between natural and human born? Like the number of fangs for the vampires (four vs two)

I wanna thank you for all your hard work. The blood, sweat, and tears you poured into making this book and series. You've brought the world of Wayhaven to life flawlessly, and taking a part of it is what we need in times like this. I'm so damn happy for your success.
