A lot has been bubbling away in the celebrity team space, and in the general film and TV space. And it's making my brain itch. So I decided to take a craft break and go on a dive into the rabbit hole and see what was what, who was who, and where everything was sitting right now. Because in terms of Team Stan and Team Wallis, mainly Team Stan, something feels suspicious and I can't put my finger on it.
Sebastian is managed by Emily Gerson Saines of Brookside Artist Management (BAM). His talent Agency is Creative Artists Agency (CAA). His PR is run by Evelyn Karamanos at Relevent PR.
Annabelle is managed by Jason Weinberg at Untitled Entertainment. She has 3 talent agents: United Agents in the UK, United Talent Agency (UTA) in the US, and MN2S. I dont know why 3. She has no independent PR team, Untitled handles clients PR for the most part.
This is Emily Gerson Saines, who founded BAM in 1998 under the company name "Gerson Saines Management".
This is Jason Weinberg, who co-founded Untitled Entertainment in 1999 after moving from working in PR. He also has a couple of acting credits under his belt.
On the 16th of June it was announced that Untitled acquired BRM with Emily taking a position as Partner at Untitled, alongside Jason a Co-Founder. Which means Sebastian and Annabelle are now both managed by the same Agency, with each of their managers in leadership positions.
"I couldn’t be happier to officially be in business with Emily. She was one of the first people to support us when I became a manager and has remained a trusted collaborator and confidante for years,” said Jason Weinberg, a founding partner of Untitled which launched a year after Brookside. “What she built at Brookside is very exciting, and having her and her team join Untitled feels like a natural evolution of a long-standing partnership and friendship."

If Sebastian drops Evelyn and Relevant they'll probably both have the same PR team too, but so far thats still separate. I wouldn't weep if he dropped Evelyn, we know how i feel about their work of late.
I didn't realise when I started digging that Jason was Annabelles manager. Id read in passing she was with Untitled, but as I only started looking at Untitled really with this the intricacies were lost on me. I didn't know either that Emily and Jason were friends, confidants and collaborators. It really puts the PR relationship theory in a new light. That link is suspicious, especially because there's a lot of speculation amoung groups in the Standom about who's team is leading and managing PR strategy, as it can feel like Annabelle comes off more favourably in a lot of instances, with Sebastians absence and not showing much if any attachment to the pregnancy or even relationship in public. That there could easily have been behind the scenes plans between Sebastian and Annabelles managers even before the companies merged seems more likely.
Both Emily and Jason were invited to become members of The Academy, in the Artist Representation category, which was announced on the 24th of June. This means they are eligible to vote for The Academy Awards.

In July of 2025 CAA invested significantly in Moonvalley AI, a generative AI startup that aims to create industry only AI at a cinematic level, proportedly using licenced video to train their AI model. The goal is to safeguard clients from unauthorised AI use in film and TV apparently. We know how I feel about Gen AI.
So Sebastian & Annabelles management teams have joined forces, and Sebastians agency are invested in a film & TV Gen AI company. Which I believe Sebastian is against, although I cant cite a source on that claim. Its just... Something is afoot.
If I come up with more, youll be the first to know!
Daniel Bruhl, who will next be seen in 'The Entertainment System Is Down,' has been signed by CAA and United Agents.
I was curious to know what the implication of this news was, and apparently, it puts him in the same orbit as some of the biggest icons in the world.
By signing with CAA in the U.S., he is now represented by the same agency that handles legends like Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, and George Clooney. They also manage modern powerhouses like Daniel Craig, Zendaya, and Timothée Chalamet, along with visionary directors like Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, and Greta Gerwig. Over in the UK with United Agents, he’s joining a prestige roster that includes Kate Winslet, Olivia Colman, Eddie Redmayne, and Tom Hardy.
So these aren't just agencies: they are the gatekeepers to the biggest projects in the industry. By joining the A-list ranks at CAA and United Agents, Daniel may be shedding the 'European supporting actor' label and securing his spot at the table where the biggest deals are made. It’s also a huge indicator that we’re going to see him headlining much larger, "prestige-heavy" projects very soon, like Ruben Östlund's The Entertainment System is Down and the star-studded John le Carré series Legacy of Spies for the BBC.
Do you think sending a fan letter addressed to Colin via the agency "United Agents" is gonna reach him/make him reply, even?
Yes, and maybe (depends on what you mean by "reply").
A lot of the following is my opinion, based on my own experiences and those of people I know.
Do I think the letters reach his agency safely? Yes, I definitely do.
Do I think Colin takes the time to read and respond to each letter? No, I don't think he does, and here's why I think that.
The first thing I've noticed is that Colin seems to do his fan mail in bunches a few times a year. So, sometimes he's got several months of fan mail to go through. Because of this, I believe that the United Agents staff "prepares" it for him: opens them up and sets them in piles for him to go through.
First, and most important thing to know: If you do not include a self-addressed envelope with enough UK postage on it for the package to reach you, you will NOT get a response. Period.
Second, because he doesn't get to the fan mail all that often, there's probably rather a lot of it. This means that the chances of him actually reading a specific fan letter is relatively small. If he only has one day to dedicate to it, say...then he might only have time to sign all the stuff that people request signatures on.
This is not to say that he NEVER reads them, though. I have had a few friends who have sent him notes with a request to sign something, and he has personalised their item with their names, and/or made a reference that indicated he saw the content of their note. But just know that the chances of that are probably quite small.
That being said, Colin is actually quite good with sending back autographs. He does sign them himself (not a stamp or anything). It helps if you send the photo/item you want him to sign, but he's been known to send one of his own promo photos if you don't include one.
It might take you several months to get it back (depending on how long it sits at the office before he does his next batch). Timing is everything. I've done this twice: once in early 2018 when I asked for an autograph for a friend, and once in 2019 when I sent in my All My Sons programme to be signed.
The first one took 8 months to come back (I just missed one of his "batches" and had to wait for the next one). The second one came back in 2 weeks (sent just as he was about to do a batch of fan mail)!
A couple of times a year that Colin seems to be consistent about doing his fan mail are: just after the Christmas/his birthday season and just after he finishes doing a play.
The only time I have ever seen Colin respond with any sort of note is once in a great while he's been known to thank a recipient who left a gift for him at Stage Door during the run of a play.
Lastly, in general I would not recommend sending gifts to Colin via the United Agents address. It's quite likely that all gets weeded out and thrown away (for safety purposes) before Colin ever sees it. There are some really wacky people out there, and they have no way of knowing you aren't one of them.
