A lot has been bubbling away in the celebrity team space, and in the general film and TV space. And it's making my brain itch. So I decided to take a craft break and go on a dive into the rabbit hole and see what was what, who was who, and where everything was sitting right now. Because in terms of Team Stan and Team Wallis, mainly Team Stan, something feels suspicious and I can't put my finger on it.
Sebastian is managed by Emily Gerson Saines of Brookside Artist Management (BAM). His talent Agency is Creative Artists Agency (CAA). His PR is run by Evelyn Karamanos at Relevent PR.
Annabelle is managed by Jason Weinberg at Untitled Entertainment. She has 3 talent agents: United Agents in the UK, United Talent Agency (UTA) in the US, and MN2S. I dont know why 3. She has no independent PR team, Untitled handles clients PR for the most part.
This is Emily Gerson Saines, who founded BAM in 1998 under the company name "Gerson Saines Management".
This is Jason Weinberg, who co-founded Untitled Entertainment in 1999 after moving from working in PR. He also has a couple of acting credits under his belt.
On the 16th of June it was announced that Untitled acquired BRM with Emily taking a position as Partner at Untitled, alongside Jason a Co-Founder. Which means Sebastian and Annabelle are now both managed by the same Agency, with each of their managers in leadership positions.
"I couldn’t be happier to officially be in business with Emily. She was one of the first people to support us when I became a manager and has remained a trusted collaborator and confidante for years,” said Jason Weinberg, a founding partner of Untitled which launched a year after Brookside. “What she built at Brookside is very exciting, and having her and her team join Untitled feels like a natural evolution of a long-standing partnership and friendship."

If Sebastian drops Evelyn and Relevant they'll probably both have the same PR team too, but so far thats still separate. I wouldn't weep if he dropped Evelyn, we know how i feel about their work of late.
I didn't realise when I started digging that Jason was Annabelles manager. Id read in passing she was with Untitled, but as I only started looking at Untitled really with this the intricacies were lost on me. I didn't know either that Emily and Jason were friends, confidants and collaborators. It really puts the PR relationship theory in a new light. That link is suspicious, especially because there's a lot of speculation amoung groups in the Standom about who's team is leading and managing PR strategy, as it can feel like Annabelle comes off more favourably in a lot of instances, with Sebastians absence and not showing much if any attachment to the pregnancy or even relationship in public. That there could easily have been behind the scenes plans between Sebastian and Annabelles managers even before the companies merged seems more likely.
Both Emily and Jason were invited to become members of The Academy, in the Artist Representation category, which was announced on the 24th of June. This means they are eligible to vote for The Academy Awards.

In July of 2025 CAA invested significantly in Moonvalley AI, a generative AI startup that aims to create industry only AI at a cinematic level, proportedly using licenced video to train their AI model. The goal is to safeguard clients from unauthorised AI use in film and TV apparently. We know how I feel about Gen AI.
So Sebastian & Annabelles management teams have joined forces, and Sebastians agency are invested in a film & TV Gen AI company. Which I believe Sebastian is against, although I cant cite a source on that claim. Its just... Something is afoot.
If I come up with more, youll be the first to know!
This post will include discussion on Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis, particularly at Cannes.
Before I say anything else I need to make the following abundantly clear:
Generative AI is a technological evolution we do not need. It is potentially environmentally devastating, it uses an insane amount of resources that should be used elsewhere and is having serious negative impacts on the communities the data centres are set up in. Using it to summarise information (like books) is making us dumber and removes nuance and the ability to make up our own minds about what we consume. Using it to create art removes the humanity of the art and devalues humans in creative spaces. Companies want to use AI to remove pesky humans (who need fair working conditions, safety, and pay) from creating art and media so they can maximise their profits at our expense. If you use gen AI you are a terrible person. Its not, as some claim, accessibility, its creation for the uncreative. I said what I said.
Now thats out of the way, let's remember celebrities are human beings with feelings?
For as long as there have been public figures, there has been a want and need to gossip about them, for one reason or another. And as humanity developed and cash became King, profiting from gossip became a lucrative business model. It fed the publics need for details, even if those details were false. Innuendo, carefully selected pictures that implied a story, and even straight out fictions sold magazines and eventually add space on websites. Its revolting, but until people stop caring, it is what it is.
Magazines and websites have published photoshopped images in their bid to sell more gossip to the masses, knowingly and unknowingly, and with the rise in AI this will only get worse. People already lie about encounters, create deepfakes, and photoshop images to create a narrative for their own gain. Now they have a more convincing way to do this than ever, thats easy to use, requires very little effort, and gets better every day.
Fans are not innocent in this, but they tend not to be scrutinised the same way when they lie and create fake images. Its seen as quirky, and innocent. But it isnt. Its toxic, parasocial, and deeply worrying. We already have people using photoshop and commissioning art that creates images of themselves and their celebrity crush in romantic or compromising positions. From a romantic stroll to outright explicit pornographic images, its happening. AI will make that worse.
Bet we cant kid ourselves that parasocial fans only exist when they have a crush on a celebrity. There are fandoms for child influences, families, and celebrity relationships that blur the line between fantasy and reality. Fans feeling they have some kind of bond or personal relationship with the person theyre fans of. Fan pages that border on unsettling, stalkers... Its terrifying out there. Calling strangers your parents, strangers children your neices and nephews, creating entire fictional fantasy lives for people you dont know. And then fighting anyone that doesn't agree.
This past few days at Cannes we have had a prime example of parasocial fakery in fandom spaces. But you might need some background to understand it.
In 2022 two things happened within months of each other: Sebastian Stan started being linked romantically to Annabelle Wallis, and he stopped using social media. Eventually it was confirmed that Sebastian and Annabelle were dating, but they claimed a want for privacy and have never openly discussed their relationship or posted each other on social media, which is unlike his past relationships that he frequently posted on his Instagram at least. Annabelle has baited in stories but thats another thing entirely. They've done a few appearances at events, there have been pap walks, but for the most part its been hush hush. Now, the relationship PR strategy both teams use is a fucking shitshow, but again, just the bare bones so this will make sense if youre not involved in either fandom.
Some fans, ostensibly of Sebastian, latched on to this relationship like it was a religion, and they are known as Shippers. They seem to care more about the relationship than either person in it. Very odd. Anyone who doesn't like Annabelle, doesn't like the relationship, or thinks its just PR, are called Anti-Shippers or Antis. Shippers behave like the success of this relationship is inextricably linked to their own survival, and so they just make up all sorts of shit. They have created a rich fantasy, where Sebastian and Annabelle are so wildly in love and happy, so completely perfectly synced, and any evidence to the contrary is met with vile insults and rhetoric. Regardless of what you think about the relationship or the people in it, its deeply unsettling that they behave like this.
Not too long ago, TMZ "leaked" the news that the couple were expecting. There was no official confirmation from either team. Then came a run of pap walks of Annabelle. Still silence. Now, I should note noone is required to discuss their personal life, but there is suspicion around everything thats gone on. Then with Cannes approaching Deadline released an interview with Sebastian where he didn't mention becoming a dad, but the interviewer did. A few times.
Shippers were waiting for some kind of official confirmation, some kind of big loving display, and they decided that Cannes was going to be where that happened. The first official event since the leak, no-one knew if Annabelle would be there, but they were certain that not only would she be, but that Sebastian would be a doting father to be, he wouldn't be able to keep his hands off of Annabelle or her growing bump, that they would be besotted with each other and their red carpets together would be a magical love fest.
That didn't happen. Not even close.
Now Im happy that Cannes mainly stayed about the film and not the baby. They were both there, it was frankly weird, and the more gossip fuelled publications focused on her pregnancy, but for the most part it was about the work.
This didn't go down well with Shippers. They did a red carpet, but it wasnt a love in and Sebastian didn't touch her bump. He continued to barely talk about the elephant in the room (fair, again), and anything that wasn't a posed shot looked like they didn't want to be there together. This threatened the Shippers fantasy. So they just made shit up. First excuses. Then... Well... Take a look.
The first image is stolen from @thetruthfiles-backup and the second is mine
A fan created, and shared excitedly like it was real, a photoshopped picture of Sebastians Instagram, claiming he had posted one of the red carpet pictures of him and Annabelle. He didn't, obviously. But the message was clear: He was so excited and proud of the first official event for his growing family, the confirmation of the pregnancy, that he broke his four year social media embargo to post it. This is what their fantasy required, this what they needed, him to post her on his socials like his exes, especially now she was pregnant. But it didn't happen, so they invented it. Easily debunked, you just need to go on his profile, but still so weird and inappropriate.
Its not the worst.
Stolen from @damnmmmmmmmmmm
These are AI. This never happened. As I said, his hand didn't go near her bump at any point that we saw. But the Shippers needed it. They needed this. The fantasy needed him to be so publicly overjoyed that he wasnt just cradling her bump lovingly, but was kneeling to kiss it in front of photographers. Really showing the Antis whatfor. And this is harder to debunk, if you weren't watching clips, you might think these were real. Its so fucking creepy.
Like a lot of celebrities, if not most, as far as I know Sebastian doesn't want his image manipulated by AI. Particularly not like this. What kind of fan are you where your fantasy about his relationship is more important than his actual thoughts and feelings?
If you are someone attached to a relationship that you're not a part of, especially between two people that dont know you from Adam, that you feel like you need to fake images when reality doesn't match your fantasy, then in with the utmost sincerity: You need to seek immediate professional help. This isnt normal. Its not safe. Its incredibly unhealthy and worrying. Your worth isn't tied to them. What will you do if they break up? How far will you go to protect this fantasy?
And most importantly: How would you feel if the roles were reversed? I genuinely dont think you'd like it at all.
Compared to 4 years, and a pregnancy, and they can barely look at each other.
Tom Holland recently told Men’s Health that he chooses not to walk the red carpet alongside his girlfriend Zendaya at her movie premieres “because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.” The two actors are happy to join forces when it’s a movie they’ve shot together, like Marvel’s “Spider-Man” trilogy. But Holland didn’t want to steal any of the spotlight away from Zendaya by walking the “Challengers” or “Dune” carpets, for instance.
That doesn't mean he doesn't go to the premiers, before people start screaming about hypocrisy. Just that he doesn't insist on being in her spotlight when the event is about her project.
No comparison video because... He acts like saying her name is uttering a curse.
And on privacy, where a comparison can be made, despite being very public about prior relationships...?
Anyway, I hit my video limit 🤣 When we talk about how Sebastian and Annabelle dont even look like a couple outside of posed pictures, and that Annabelle either steals the spotlight for things that are about Sebastian or doesn't support him at all, we have couples like this to compare to. A couple so private they hid their wedding for months, but still show up for each other and support each other. Who look completely in love after nearly 15yrs, while Sebastian and Annabelle look disinterested and distant from each other almost from the start of a 4yr relationship.
We're not talking about unattainable relationship standards. We see it all the time.
"Engagement, marriage, and let's play house for the rest of our lives?" I don't know, what do you think will happen after there's "engagement and marriage"?
The same thing that always happens when two people who dont particularly like each other get married: They're resentful, miserable, and cheat.
If its a purely PR relationship itll pretty much continue as is, just with a marriage certificate, prenup, and new contract.
Ok. Im just going to say this here, and then point people in this direction.
I dont think that every person who says they think AW will fake a miscarriage are wishing she has one. But its brought up so often as a theory at this point that it feel like a portion if the SS fandom are basically wishing for it, but want plausible deniability. I wasnt saying i want her to have one, just that shes the kind of person to fake one. Its beyond weird now, its uncomfortable. And no matter how its phrased, or meant, I dont think it should be put out in the universe.
She has been out, numerous times, visibly pregnant. If you believe its a fake pregnancy thats fine, you do you, but imagine for a second it isnt. Imagine if you can that its a real pregnancy. Then imagine the worst happens and she loses the baby. What then? No sympathy from a big chunk of the fandom because they dont even believe she was pregnant so they think the miscarriage is fake. And some people won't be sympathetic even if they believe it.
Let me be abundantly clear: No matter what you think about someone, losing a baby is one of the worst things to happen. They deserve compassion, empathy, sympathy and grace. I see too many people on this app and in thos fandom that I would not be surprised to see quietly celebrating if the worst happens. And that makes me sick.
So let's put our feelings for AW aside, and hope for an uncomplicated pregnancy, safe delivery and healthy baby. And stop floating miscarriage theories, ok? Its weird.
I do think something is going on behind the scenes, but I lean more toward it being career related than relationship related./
Please share more, would love to hear your take on this!!
I agree fully with @thetruthfiles-backup. It sounded like I meant relationship but I did mean career. Although by year end I do think we'll have an engagement or wedding. Think Tom & Zendaya but handled poorly because its Team Stan & Team Wallis (Team Stallis?) who couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery.
The thing is neither Truth Mod or I can put our finger on what's going on. Its just... Off. I think the management merger is going to shake things up behind the scenes a bit, but whether we will see much of that reflected is another matter entirely.
We all know there has been a lot of backlash over the pap walks, Cannes and the Cartier promo, so its possible (and Im so hopeful!) that a PR team change is in the pipeline.
Obviously we will have a push for 2027 Oscar consideration once Fjord is officially released. With the usual PR fuckery we get from his team.
But specifics? I don't really have an idea. I just know its going to be pretty big, and Im not entirely sure it'll be good.
what’s going on with anons saying there’s gonna be engagement for Sebastian and Annabelle towards the end of this year? they barely can show people how to be affectionate towards each other? 😭😭
Ive already said I think its highly likely, despite the fact they dont look like they can stand each other. Mainly because from a PR perspective, it could help rehab the public image of their relationship. Also because after 4yr and a baby its expected.
I could be wrong, but with Team Stallis I think an engagement is more likely than a breakup.
Zendaya and Tom are a masterclass in privacy. >>>>
They're a prime example of a completely PR-driven relationship. They're a couple because they have to keep promoting the Spider-Man movies. When there are no more movies, the relationship is over. Everything about them screams fake, a PR stunt. But whatever.
Let me guess, but Sebastian and Annabelle are true love?
