As you may know, since the Jared Leto News broke Kyla has come back out of the woodwork, rehashing her claims that Sebastian raped her in 2018 (I believe).

I am at a loss to even wrap my mind around this entire situation where you can go on social media today and accuse a well-known celebrity of raping you and having his child and nobody cares nobody goes after her nobody has her arrested nobody sues her and of course Instagram and or Twitter I'm not sure where any of this is taking place don't do anything .

I don't get that I mean this could potentially ruin somebody's life I mean I have to be honest I've seen the girl I mean I've seen her pictures and to me she looks like a child if she's even 18 years old I'd be surprised I mean I'm not saying that an adult wouldn't do anything like this but you can just tell by looking at her that she's young and stupid but that's still doesn't give her any excuse to do what she's doing and what has our society come to that anybody can do something like this and nobody seems to care I just can't understand it.

I mean I guess his team probably figures if there were any truth to the rumor by now she would have gotten herself a lawyer and got in a DNA test and filed a paternity suit so everybody knows she's full of shit but that's not the point she still should not be allowed to do anything like this

Facebook is very much policed I mean I've had people that had their accounts temporarily suspended because they said a racist remark or something that Facebook felt was inappropriate and a lot of people complain because they think Facebook is too much well I don't think it's too much and I think Twitter and Instagram should follow suit and start policing some of these nut jobs that are on there that can say anything they want about anybody and take no responsibility for their actions.

So by making it look like Sebastian did something like this to somebody it makes it okay that Jared Leto did it therefore Annabelle doesn't look that bad this whole situation is really getting nauseating I am sick of the two of them and everything that goes along with them.

Her family said shes lying, they confirmed the child is not her son but a nephew, and a number of fans checked the details. So yes, from a crisis management perspective its clearly fake and wont hold up to scrutiny. But his team absolutely should have done something to stop her.

Its all just a big disaster waiting to happen. Its so painful to watch.

PR of Stan: The Kyla Situation is Bad News.

As you may know, since the Jared Leto News broke Kyla has come back out of the woodwork, rehashing her claims that Sebastian raped her in 2018 (I believe).

Sebastians Team did nothing when she originally started making accusations last year. Despite people reaching out to them. It was the fans who investigated and debunked her claims, including our own @thetruthfiles-backup.

Had this been handled at the time, there wouldn't be a potential shit storm brewing now. You see the Annabelle-Leto link is really only a story in her and Sebastians fandom. As with the Kyla situation. But gossip needs fresh meat, and if not much else comes out around Leto, people will dig. And what will they find? Someone accusing Sebastian of rape, who made the same accusations before this documentary came out, Sebastian who is dating Annabelle the ex best friend of Leto.

Its basically a perfect story.

I will note right now that I dont believe that Kyla even believes her own story anymore, if she ever did. I think shes hoping for exactly the situation I'm describing. 15 minutes and all that.

And as Ive said, there is no evidence that Annabelle and Jared are no longer friends, especially when they used to be besties and they still attend the same events.

So there is potential, in the coming days and weeks, that Sebastian could end up facing his own shitstorm of accusations. Because of a crazy ex fan and a problematic long term girlfriend.

And his team continues to so nothing.

I have been informed by @thetruthfiles-backup, who was informed by an ask, that the interview with Sebastian that dropped today in fact only dropped in English today. It was originally published in Spanish on the 26th of July, prior to the documentary release and subsequent backlash.

Its still odd that they dropped an English version today, but thats a different matter. Its just another recycled interview in the lead up to the Fjord release. Although, yeah, suspicious timing on the English language drop.

The problem with how Tumblr handles anything it considers mature content is that it gives zero indication of what the post is. No title. Nothing. So people dont know whether to click through. It makes everything look like its probably nudes or porn.

Have her distance herself from Jared Leto. Keep it vague, but clear enough that people feel like she’s separating from that.

Then we pivot. Talk about growth. Talk about journaling, meditating, self improvement. Really lean into that.

Play up the “future mom” angle. People don’t like going after pregnant women, so that should buy us some grace.

Oh, and throw in some of Sebastian’s usual word salad. You know, the reflective, self help, vaguely philosophical stuff. Whatever his life coach has been feeding him lately, just sprinkle that in.

There. Done. That should fix it.”

Problematic PR: The Leto Distractions so Far.

As of yet, four days after news broke about another round of accusations against Jared Leto, Annabelle and Sebastians teams have done a frankly slap dash attempt at diverting attention away from Annabelles long standing and highly publicised friendship with Leto during the years the accused events took place.

I spoke about their relationship Here (its age gated, thanks Tumblr).

Annabelle has released no statement, despite fans calling her out on social media, including in her own comment sections.

Some people defended her (Bold choice):

Instead she initially dropped some promo for Unibomber.

The Purist (a niche wellness blog) dropped a rushed interview: Annabelle Wallis Is A Force To Behold

Sebastian too is being dragged. To the point that people who claim to be his fans are literally making accusations about him being as (if not more) problematic than her. Imagine defending your faves girlfriend so hard you throw your fave under the bus 🤦‍♀️

El Pais (a Spanish language newspaper/ news blog) published an article that also feels rushed: Sebastian Stan and the mystery of the ubiquitous actor who flies under the radar

Both articles feel rushed not because of the websites publishing them, but because they are a rush job by Team Stallis to distract. Like I said Yesterday, thats the reason Annabelle specifically spoke about the baby. Distract, Deflect. They found two websites that were willing to push publish fluff pieces, and got it done to try and shift the direction of conversation.

I think The Purist itself was a calculated choice, choosing an alternative, luxury wellness publication fits with the image Annabelle has been trying to curate for a long time: Paltrow 2.0. And now Paltrow is under fire for working with Israeli developers, it probably felt like a good time to launch a more wellness focused direction for her personal brand. Men find Jesus during controversy, women go either to wellness or trad wife content. Which, much like finding Jesus for problematic men, is part of the alt right pipeline. But thats a much bigger discussion.

No matter what, this is sloppy PR.

I had a thought last night: Expect a picture of a pair of tiny feet held in parental hands any day now. Like this:

I think the article was meant to imply a thousand different things at once.

Once again instead of doing an interview and come and clean and saying I just want to go on record as saying I did not know what was happening back then I had no idea what was going on and I just want to say to each and every one of those girls I'm sorry I wish I knew and I definitely would have done something about it if I did.... but no she keeps playing her little bullshit head games you know what she had her chance to be a decent woman with morals and she chose the other way out she's never going to change. I haven't read it or seen it and I have no intention on doing so.

Its a distraction piece. That's why the pregnancy was specifically mentioned. Until now, and despite seeing her pregnant, at no point has the pregnancy been directly mentioned by either of them. Its been mentioned as asides by interviewers. Its been alluded to. But this is the first time the baby has been directly acknowledged by either of them.

That's deliberate. Its to remind us the person being questioned is pregnant (dont stress her out!!) and to turn the conversation back to the pregnancy and not the Leto connection.

The implication throughout the interview is that she's already a mother. She's referring to "my child" in the present tense, not "my future child," and the interviewer is congratulating her on her "new baby." The only confusing part is that her response is written in a very abstract, wellness-oriented style rather than plainly saying, "Thank you. My baby is doing well."

In the beginning, they mention her having multiple projects coming out, but the interviewer insists on dedicating a big part to Grace Shelby — a character who Annabelle played about a decade ago.

We know why they did that, of course, but does it make much sense? Maybe to them!

Then they speak a little about her upcoming projects, focusing on Annabelle's groundbreaking feminism and love for strong female characters — again, I wonder why.

The highlight of the interview is the interviewer congratulating Annabelle since the very beginning for the baby — something that she only acknowledges later, when she talks about a 10 years healing journey (again, a very specific number) to make sure that "my child will come into a safe and stable, loving environment".

The interviewer uses present tense, while quoting Annabelle in future tense.

I believe that it was meant to read exactly like it reads and that the publication made no error, but that's just what I think — maybe they never intended to have an unknown publication say so much about their private life. 😉
