I’ve been feeling BULLISH about Riverside Terrace, along with the University area and all the way to Third Ward and EaDo for quite a while now. This four bedroom, 2700 square foot, 2 and one-half bath 1940’s home sitting on a 6,000 square foot lot is testament to that. This well-executed flip may not fetch the current $515,000 asking price, but even in the mid to high $400’s it will very likely be good business for the redevelopers and a good benchmark and accelerant for the neighborhood.
