I think one of the worst parts about probably having P-DID is that whenever a part switches in, it often results in me going “well I don’t feel like me but I am me” and it’s so freaking confusing.

There’s also the thing of looking in a mirror and half feeling like “that’s not me” and half feeling like “that’s me”. It gets to the point where I will actively avoid looking at myself in the mirror or smth because it actively freaks me out.

i think i have a caretaker who i honestly dont know who it is, and they only front when i ask them to when im suffering or some shit, and then they just do shit and give me the body back later last time they fronted i was vox, and i couldn't even get up out of bed but i wanted to, so i asked for someone to front and they did. they got us up, changed our clothes, and brought our stuff out to the loungeroom so we could watch shows. they drank some of our bad-tasting 7up as payment and then let Vox front again. i hope one day ill get to figure out who they are lol, i thought it was mabel and/or hilda last time, but i think i was wrong, because they feel much older. could be a brainmade? our brainmades usually only front for the sake of their tasks and such, which is why theres so little of them. oh well, im just happy they're here :D (using ' i ' to refer to whoever the fronter was at the time, not me specifically. im not vox rn lol.)
