My words were free and confined as a way to represent the prison system in the United States and the incarceration of children. The word free is leaving and flying from confinement as to show how being free comes and goes. Our own confinement comes from varying areas; abusive partners, restricting politics, corporations dictating our wages and leaving people in poverty.
