Pain and Change (Din Djarin x Enby! Child! Reader (PLATONIC))

Summary: The reader starts as Mando's adopted daughter. They don't like their breasts. They don't feel comfortable with them, they don't want them. They were baggy shirts and jackets to make them less noticeable even if they aren't that big. They used a tight tape to conceal them, and one day while going hunting with Mando and Cara, you pass out from constriction of the tape. Basically a transition into non binary.

Ngl almost broke the rule against sleeping in your binder cuz my social battery/physical fatigue was so bad that I didn’t take it off, but then I remembered all the binding horror stories and promptly went to take off my binder before I passed out

my ribcage does not stick out it is completely flat

i feel like i can’t breathe very deeply

but i don’t know if this is just normal human anatomy i am being paranoid about

i have these two cheap amazon binders my dad got in december last year a long ass time before i found out they’re not good (there were some red flags i noticed like the fact it was cheap, from amazon, and that the inside tore really easily) and now i’m pissed tf off because the good one i found is 46 fucking bucks and it’s really hard since my family is pretty poor, and knowing that all good binders are usually expensive just really ticks me off

my dysphoria has gotten so severe i cant look at myself without feeling the urge to puke. even while binding. feeling this layer of mass on my chest sickens me constantly.

why does this have to makr me suicidal why cant i be nondysphoric or just okay with my body. im constantly in physical pain from chronic illnesses and binding too long. i want it to be done already.

TW: dysphoria and unsafe binding I’m non-binary (AFAB) and don’t have much dysphoria about my body, except for my chest and voice. My voice I can easily manage, as I’ve been singing for a while and have a decent amount of control over it. My chest has caused me lots of problems though. This led me to recently wearing the closest thing I have to a binder to gym class multiple times in the past few weeks. I know I’m not supposed to, and it hurts so much, but I feel so much better. Does anyone have any advice for things I can do on gym class days that aren’t binding? Or any ways I can help the pain in my ribs and chest?

I just had the worst experience. So I went to the er because I hurt my lungs binding. (don’t do that kids follow proper binding safety) When I got there I had to mention I bind. The doctors pretty much ignore me except for one nurse who comes out to tell me that she will “make sure the rest of the staff refers to me by the right pronouns” very very loudly in the middle of a packed waiting room. All of this just for them to tell me not to wear any binders 🤷🏻‍♂️
