UPSC CAPF परीक्षा 2018: संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने सेंट्रल आर्म्ड पुलिस (असिस्टेंट ग्रेड) परीक्षा -2018 में असफल उम्मीदवारों की सूची जारी की है। इस सूची में उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में मिले अंक और अन्य डिटेल्स शामिल हैं।

CAQ’s Bill 1: Heads of UPAC and SQ to be chosen by National Assembly

The bill aims to take the politics out of the process.

The recently elected Coalition Avenir Quebec government put their first bill on the table yesterday. Bill 1 will modify how the appointment and dismissal of three key officials: the anti-corruption commissioner, the Director General of the SQ and the director of criminal and penal prosecutions.

This new law will require these positions to be appointed by the National Assembly with the approval of at least two thirds of the members of the National Assembly. In addition to this, firing someone currently in place will require the same amount of votes. In the past, the ruling government could simply name the person they wanted after being elected. It will also require that candidates go through multiple stages of selection including: meeting a committee of experts and a camera interview with the members of the assembly.

The Liberal party argued that this will cause unnecessary interference in the nomination process. However, the CAQ justified their choice of modifying the bill by ensuring a more impartial selection method.

AFFAIRE GUY OUELLETTE L’arrestation du député Guy Ouellette est digne de l’émission télé NCIS... Les policiers UPAC ont utilisé le téléphone d’un ancien policier de l’UPAC pour envoyer des messages textes à Ouellette lui disant que de nouvelles informations secrètes lui seraient transmises dans un sac en papier brun caché dehors près d’un Tim Hortons de Québec. Lorsque Ouellette est arrivé et qu’il a ramassé le sac rempli d’un paquet de feuilles 8 1/2 par 11, les policiers l’ont alors arrêté! Eric Van Nguyen was identified as one of the main players who used the services mentioned in the Panama Papers. Despite this - the AMF and the SQ never investigated or charged him. Maybe UPAC needs to investigate the Eric Nguyen cover up orchestrated by Fabrice Benoit.
