Me: I have been learning motifs since the the launch of this game, mastering every craft, unlocking dyes one achievement at a time, amassing wealth and skills alike - all of that culminating into this moment as the outfit system has finally arrived, and I can don any kind of attire my heart desires. What will be mighty enough for the Vestige, the Tamriel Hero, the Savior of Nirn, my main character for nearly four years?
Me: ...
Me: I'm gonna dress her in tier one jute robes so I can once again look like a level 3 hedge mage stumbling through underbrushes of Glenumbra with twigs in her hair and lacking proper shoes.
Outfit-system will be great!
My char in his tank-business-suit and in his damagedealer-poledancer-leasure-suit.
Helmet in first might get changed to Telvanni and helmet in second will most likely get hidden.

The requirements for making your own costume are basically: 1) motif(s) learned on any character, and 2) gold for actually changing your look
