Well, this guy has been a long, LONG time coming. UrLoy the Mortician, skekCel's other half. I admit it is not my best work, but I wanted to do a colour/clothes ref for him. Just so I'd have his design down. UrLoy is titled the Mortician, as he digs graves to those unfortunate enough to freeze death in the tundra of Har'rar. Though the mystic is mostly known for this, he is also extremely anti-empire and has performed minor sabotages here and there. Despite all of this kindness, urLoy is still the other half of skekCel. He is as interested in death, with the benefit being a minor necromancer.

CelLoy was a small child when he was exiled. A shy boy whose light was strange and eerie blue. He often hid behind his older brother, SoSu, being too small to dare confront the Thra residents. Instead, he spent a lot of time at the Castle, learning its secrets and watching his peers. After the Division, skekCel would make use of his sneaking skills to become the Assassin and UrLoy used his knowledge of the society to work towards a better one.
