Rough draft for the ruins [Lost in Code AU]

Some interesting facts about this au;

• The world is stuck in hard mode

• This is based off the demo & scrapped content

• The Ruins themselves are corrupting, replacing objects & NPCs w/ the closest assets it can find (see echo flowers replacing buttercups, Ice door replacing the purple delta rune door, etc.)

• Some interactions are bugged, the 1st froggit encounter for example, the [!] will appear overhead but nothing will happen. Or when trying to call toriel, her face may disappear or her dialogue might change to something random.
