Whatever, Vsmp Oscar headcanons. Yes. The cat.

He cannot die. Any time he should die he simply turns to stone, when this first happened Pearl and Cleo freaked out- reasonably, they mourned and set his now stone body on some kind of memorial but then like, three days later he just shows up, he's a kitten again- maybe around 6 months, his stone shell has cracked to let him back out again.

Normally, he is a very quiet cat- it's not that he isn't vocal he's quiet, soft purrs and quiet meep meows but every once an a while- maybe once every few weeks- he simply lets out this blood curdling scream that isn't quite right. He does this for no reason and with glee. For the first few years it freaks them out every time, but eventually they get used to it. He likes to do it in a very specific room down in the crypt if he can, maybe he likes how it echos down there, who knows why he is how he is.

I subscribe to shubble’s headcanon that everyone is from different time periods But a lot of the fashion is 1920s

The vampires’ hair turns red before it turns white

Legs has a prosthetic eye

Oscar the ghost cat likes to sit on people’s chests until they wake up

The vampires don’t need to sleep but they huddle together as bats when they rest

^they also rest on the humans’ heads and in their clothes because they’re warm

Legs did not know about the medicinal properties of garlic before he came to oakheurst

^he has literally only had it as a seasoning for food

Legs uses the daisies as seasoning in his food if he thinks there’s enough left over from making healing soups

He’ll dry out some of the flowers and Oscar will play with them

Avid seasons all his food with garlic

Drift enjoys looking for stuff the others have misplaced

Legs will use his emotional support knife as medical shears if he loses his actual medical shears

He also holds the knife when he uses the stop the bleeding ability

The stop the bleeding ability creates a daisy pattern with the healing person in the center

More gory and dark head canons under the cut be warned

When the humans die they respawn with a less severe or more healed version of the injury that killed them

When the humans die they turn into daisies that break apart and float back towards oakhurst

^The vampires turn into wither roses and float towards their homes or the castle

During/ post ep 6 Part of legs’s neck is gone it got chomped Owen ate it <He ment to bite to one of the arteries in legs’s neck but the garlic startled him enough that he pulled back which made the injury worse

^ he also broke his prosthetic eye in the fall into the square hole pt 2

^ he is also running around on a broken leg

^ he is at least a bit passively suicidal

Legs has dissected a body that man is a surgeon in an era before dissecting bodies was fazed out he needed to cut at least one guy open for science

Shelby had so much trouble turning avid because she needed to scratch through three layers of fabric And she was inexperienced

Oscar was a stray while he and Owen were alive he died when Owen raised oakheurst to the ground

Avid the person is dead as of ep7 but his body is still alive

Legs cut off his broken leg to get the stop the bleeding book
