Lmao so I have always wanted to do this but kept forgetting-

Lmk Legendary Au Voice Headcanons!

Bc I actually hear some of the characters differently than in canon, and some of them Sing!

We'll start with the two main couples! I'll reblog with the others.

Mk!

I actually still hear Mk as his Canon Voice Actor; Jack De Sena!

Since Mk does sing in the Fic, I did my best to find a voice that sounds as close to Mk's original actor as possible, and I think CG5 is a pretty good fit!

Redson!

Actually one of the characters with the biggest changes to his voice. While I absolutely LOVE Kyle McCarley's performance with him- idk He just always felt like he sounded on a slightly deeper registry to me while writing?

He sounds like Kestin Howard (*sighs* yes, he also voiced That one. If yk, yk.) To me!

Redson doesn't sing too often, but here's an example of Kestin singing for reference when he does! (I love his Evermore cover, listen to it constantly)

Wukong!

His voice is also the same as the show's like Mk, so he's still voiced by Sean Schemmel!

Wukong's whole life used to feel like it was centered around music, so he's very used to singing, but hadn't really sung much more than a few notes until Mk helped him remember Macaque's Lullaby in chapter 13 I think it was.

I was so excited to find this video of Sean singing the Dragon Ball Z Kai theme! Its so cool to think of Wukong singing this lol

AQW VA Headcanons 1/?

Hero (Shin-Ei): [Masc] Yuuichi Nakamura (Suwa Yorishige- Elusive Samurai) / [Fem] ??? Nakamura sort of came with my earliest thoughts on Shin. They used to share Yoko Hikasa with Re, but I figured that would make interactions between Shin and Fa or Song too painful.

Gravelyn: Lynn (False Assassin – Fate/SF, Miorine – G-Witch) I've mentioned in Promise that this was a weak headcanon, but honestly it's grown on me. Similar names aside, Lynn can bring the right amount of projected pride and confidence overlaying vulnerability and unease, that it fits to my ears.

Song : Mariya Ise (Akuta Hinako – F/GO, Kikunojo – One Piece) Vibe started with Hinako, Kiku being a trans woman cemented the idea. Don't have much to say, it just works.

Fa: Aoi Yuuki (Maomao – Apothecary Diaries, Norea du Noc – G-Witch) Aoi Yuuki characters often have the sort of vocal quality that I think is perfect for Fa. I also see serveral of those roles as autistic which maps with how I see Fa.

Regulus/Re: Yoko Hikasa  (Pitohui - Gun Gale Online) Re and Pito. Homocidal psychos, the both of them. The vibes match well enough for me.

Drago: Kamiya Hiroshi (Shinji Matou - Fate/Stay Night) Brings the right amount of abusive sleeze. Maps better to younger Drago admitedly, but older Drago works as well.

Lieber: Kouji Yusa (Tojo Ayumu – Gintama, Gin Ichimaru - Bleach) One of the first things that came to mind when meeting Lieber at Balemorale was Ichimaru. It was that same vibe of shifty bastard whose eyes are always closed and always smiles. His almost perverse obsession with the hero quickly maped to Tojo's with Kyubei. It maps so well, that Tojo has become bearable to watch.

Abel: Natsuki Hanae (Kaneki Ken - Tokyo Ghoul, Tanjiro – Demon Slayer) Vibes. Often voices idealistic young heroes, and sometimes they go dark places such as Abel after Kyranos died. It works for me.

I’m so sorry this took so long! Midterms snuck up on me this past week. Thank you for being so patient, and I hope these are alright!

Bruno First Date HC’s

-        Bruno is a man who knows that first impressions mean everything. There’s a reason he always looks sharp, why he speaks with such a confident and direct voice. He knows the way you present yourself will have just a much of an impact as the words you speak.

-        And when it comes to dating, he keeps a similar mindset.

-        He’s the kind of man to try and tailor a first date to the personality of his date.

-        To elaborate a bit more, if he notices that you’re shy in the face of crowds he’d forgo a restaurant reservation in favor of a romantic picknick.

-        If you’re more outgoing and energetic, maybe going out to a piano bar and getting drinks would suit things better. Or a reservation at a popular and exclusive restaurant.

-        He wants to impress his date, but not so much that he shows off. There’s a fine line and he walks it expertly so the first date wouldn’t be an overly classy or dressy affair. It is casual, but tasteful.

-        No matter what type of first date he takes you on it’ll always feel intimate and romantic. He wants to impress yes but the entire point of the date is to spend time with you. He’s a natural at keeping conversation going although he tends to prompt you into sharing more than he does himself.

-        Its not hard to talk to him either. He’s attentive, nodding, smiling, and offering up interjections and small stories of his own among the general small talk. He’s good at maintaining eye contact, its not hard to do when he gets to observe how your facial expressions change subtly as the conversation flows between you. He likes watching the way your eyes wrinkle a bit with you smile, or now your brows furrow if you can’t find the word you’re looking for. He particularly enjoys it when you find a joke funny, especially if he catches your tongue pressing up against your teeth as you smile.

-        Getting to know his date is as much an exchange of words as it is an exchange of gestures.

-        You know the date’s going well when he offers to go on a stroll with you rather than bring you home. He’s careful to avoid the parts of the city he knows are dangerous or any place where he might run into one of his men. If you are in Passione, he doesn’t want to drag business into things. And if you’re not he wants to keep you as far from Passione as possible, and that includes keeping his rather excitable group of subordinates… for now. Its only the first date.

-        He wouldn’t angle for sex but he isn’t so proper that he’d forgo a kiss, especially if you agree to a second date.

Genuinely the first thing I thought of when Amadeus first started talking, and honestly it works.

Xan: Shigeru Chiba (Buggy the Clown – One Piece, Jogo – JJK)

Every time Xan reacts to anything, all I can hear are Buggy noises. To me, it's a perfect match for both villainous Xan and villain-tower Xan.

A Clerks Sleepover And How I Think That Would Go

Elias is the first one to fall asleep, the poor sap. He may never be able to wash the Sharpie dicks off his face for as long as he lives. Thank Randal for that. I think that if he ever got the single testicle to do something back, it'd be like putting that Lord of The Rings necklace he wears on him and being like "hehehe guess you do like The Rings."

Jay would absolutely get in on the dick drawing, drawing them on anything that moves. Sleep? Go to the bathroom? Invested in the movie? Calling your mother to see if she's okay in the hospital? Rookie move. You just got a dick on your face. Or anywhere. ANYWHERE. Cars, walls, the ceiling.

However, if Silent Bob were to fall asleep, Jay would manage to wake him up repeatedly by yelling at anyone that's too close, that he will "Fuck their shit up if they even think about dicking Silent Bob."

This all takes place in Dante's home. He wasn't invited.

halloween themed headcanons with the clerks crew? 🎃

First Request!! I hope these suffice, I loved doing them!

Dante ~ Dante, when he’s not working, probably doesn’t do much. I imagine that he doesn’t want to go to work all day, only to come home and deal with kids asking for things. However, I do think he decorates the Quick-Stop in cheap Halloween decorations, like ghosts hanging from the ceiling and bats on the sale signs. I think he has puts “Happy Halloween” on the open sign and a ‘take one’ bowl of candy by the cash register as well. He’d probably put a sale on candy, and definitely sticks those stupid jelly stickers to the windows.

Randal ~ Randal definitely plays the most terrifying shit full blast on the TV in the video store. I’m talking Human Centipede and weird porn. He would absolutely put this clown decoration that I saw at Spirit Halloween in the bathroom. It’s a clown that opens his trenchcoat to reveal another clown named ‘Willy’ that makes dick jokes because he’s at crotch level. When people complain about it, Randal acts like he doesn’t know how it got there. There’d be a sale on horror movies too, but no candy bowl this time. Randal doesn’t seem like the type of guy to hand out candy. What if those kids are pricks? Horror movie marathon is the way to go.

Jay/Silent Bob ~ Well, besides Jay yelling “HAPPY HALLOWEED!!” at passersby, these guys dress up as Bluntman and Chronic, maybe even zombie versions if they feel like getting serious. All their weed is Halloween themed now and will “make you feel like you’re in michael myers house or some shit” and comes with a melty handful of candy, of course he says something along the lines of “Buy it…if you dare!!” Sales are not good at this time of year. The boombox plays nothing but Halloween music and Jay has mastered the dance to thriller. Lights their blunts in people's Jack o' lanterns

Becky ~ Hates cutesy Halloween things, surprisingly. She buys the most terrifying shit imaginable. More tricks than treats. Probably dresses as a witch while at work and gives those little mooby’s cow plushes costumes like an angel and a devil. She hands out candy to kids, and is pretty popular due to practically throwing the bowl at them once she’s sick of doing it. Carves the sickest jack 'o lantern you've ever seen I think it’s her favorite holiday because it’s one of the few that has nothing to do with spending time with the ones you love.

I don’t think Elias celebrates Halloween LMAO

AQW VA Headcanons 2/?

Yiren: Jun Fukuyama (Lelouch - Code Geass; Ying Zheng - Kingdom, Qin Shi Huang - FGO)

Fukuyama is more or less the voice of Qin Shi Huang Di to me. He's voiced him twice and Yiren is more or less in the same range that I can't see why he can't go for a third.

He's got a good voice range for selling Yiren's affability and his crueller tendencies imo. The whole, "he's a silly guy but he also just sentenced a someone to a horrific execution" thing.
