Seemed like an appropriate night for a special wine (just in case the wife’s presents didn’t go down well) and this Prelude Champagne by @champagnetaittinger is exactly that. Made with chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from grands crus vineyards and aged on its lees for 5 years for added complexity.
