In the Scarlet Witch section of the anthology comic Marvel Comics Presents 62, cover date November 1990, Valmoora and Earl of Darwell were introduced. They were created by Richard Howell. In the Deathlok segment, John Kelly, Clayton Burr, Harlan Ryker, Dr Hu, Stanley Cross, Ben Jacobs, Billy Hansen, and Dr Kimble were introduced. They were created by Dwayne McDuffie, Gregory Wright, and Jackson Guice.
