My favorite alts are VampireIzaya, VampireHunterShizuo, Virus 138, and Psy-420. Yeah the alts are glorious, soo many possibilities for sinning.

I love Priest!Shizuo!!!!

I think now the fandom views him more as like, a vampire bounty hunter than a full fledged priest? But I always preferred him as Father Heiwajima flsdkjafls. For those who have been with me for awhile that was always my halloween url lol! I didn’t do it last year or I think? the year before because I was too attached to my Rin url but I might do it this year when Halloween rolls around. 

I love Priest Shizuo because, while I don’t think he was overzealous in his beliefs, for me the au works in a Shizuo wanted to have hope that there was some reason, some higher being’s plan, for him having turned out the way he has. I like the idea of him chasing priesthood thinking it can help him learn more control and to be able to become less violent. But then, once he learns there is no way for him to control it even as a servant of God, he decides to use his strength for God. He will hunt down the creatures that go against God’s will because surely God made him into a monster so that he could stand against these other monsters?

I love Ruka’s au/fic for them - we used to talk alot about that kind of au before I got too busy with work and college back then. I miss it sometimes because I realllly enjoyed it and wanted to rp it for awhile but now it’s like fighting a losing battle to find time for it. But I also enjoy the au of maybe Izaya being that one vampire he can never catch and so Shizuo becomes obsessed with hunting him down and starts only going after other vampires and monsters if a village asks him to in his chase for Izaya because he has deemed Izaya the worst monster of them all.

I don’t know much about V138 and P420. Again, I liked Ruka’s idea for them but other than her headcanon’s idk much about the rest of the fandoms! Since they were fandom born alternates I just never got too interested unfortunately.
