Kai Olmundson rules this city with a velvety fist and has for decades. He’s mostly known for extravagant dinner parties, loud public arguments, and tendency to sleep with anyone who moves. The crime empire is a secret.

It’s not polite to ask a vampire his age, but some of the pieces in his  extensive private art collection must be hundreds of years old - and that model looks awfully familiar.
