Valentines card design.
Reminder: you've got an empty uterus
This Valentine's day a group of friends and I went to see Deadpool & have dinner. (Side bar: go see it. Omg it was everything I could have hoped for.) Anyway after the movie the six of us went to dinner and sat in a booth. Girls on one side & guys on another. I'm stuck between my two newly pregnant friends. I am truly happy for them, it's wounderful. Sincerely I am happy for them. However mentioning four times how you wish you could have a bloody mary makes my blood boil. I don't need a reminder why you can not drink. We fucking know. I am open about my infertility issues and I feel as if it's being thrown in my face. Was it on purpose? Probably not but it doesn't take the sting out of it. During the corse of dinner I had the pleasure of the two of them mention they have the same, "pregant women problems." I don't say anything because I don't want to bring them down off their cloud of conceiving. It may be jealousy that this all stems from I'm not certain - coming off of yet another miscarriage it feels like it could break me. I might be crazy though but it felt like I was getting constant reminder of my empty uters.
I made this for my wife this Valentine’s Day 2016. It’s smooth and chill...
Simple
I was never one to go big Belief that thoughts meant more That being said It was just a simple note Written on plain lined paper Nothing fancy Nothing special It couldn't compete Silly me I thought it would be enough A short poem Written just for you The one person I knew Who'd never read it You asked what it was I told you You're suppose to read it You just put it away Saving it for perhaps another day
