I also forgot how funny reepicheep is, like he’s SUCH a strongly characterized character no wonder c.s. Lewis decided to include him in VDT.

Like when there is a dragon on the island they are on reepicheep starts to say something and Caspian is like “No reepicheep we are not going to allow you a three foot tall mouse to fight a literal dragon and if you don’t listen we are going to tie you up.”

Or in one of the early chapters drinian and caspian are recounting their journey so far to the pevensies and they are like, talking about some tiny pirate ship that shot a few arrows at them but then left and Reepicheep is like “AND WE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN CHASE AND SLAUGHTERED THEM ALL AND THEIR SONS”
