Vegan antipasti board 🥖
- homemade breadsticks, sundried tomatoes, stuffed olives, jalepeňos, pickled garlic & quorn deli slices.
You can dip these gluten-free vegan breadsticks in marinara sauce or eat them by themselves as a snack. They have a tasty herb and garlic seasoning and are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 375F 190C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and basil with a whisk in a large bowl. Fill the bowl with dry ingredients. Then add the almond milk, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Mix it together until a soft dough forms. Place the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared and roll it out into a rectangle that is about 1/2 inch thick. Cut the dough into breadstick shapes with a sharp knife. Before you put the breadsticks in the oven, heat it up. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Have fun with your tasty gluten-free vegan breadsticks!
