Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1/4 cup chopped almonds. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1 tbsp chia seeds. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until well combined and sticky. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Once firm, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container for storage or gift-giving.
