In need of some #comfortfood so I tried making two dishes which were calling my name: #seaweedsalad and #creamypasta. I #rehydrated some #seeweed, topped it with soft #tofu and used a #sauce of #tahini, hot water and some #lemonjuice ( add salt and pepper too). Also, I soaked some #pumpkinseeds, blended then with a bit of #parsley, loads of #nooch ( #nutritionalyeast), sat pepper, warm water and #plantbased #mylk. Yes, this is smokey #blacktahini #hummus, you are welcome. I blended 1 can of #chickpeas, 2T spoons of #rawblacktahini 1 clove of #garlic, cumin salt and pepper. Added few drops of the #liquidsmoke, blended again, drizzled with raw #sesameseedoil. Dipped carrots and peppers. Massive disappointment again at the #eqvitarestaurant 😢 The 10euro #nutyoghurt served in a #plasticcup? What happened to the good old fashioned bowls and cups?
