Spending some time with my mat this morning. After having a baby it is so important to strengthen your pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. These deep abdominals are responsible for supporting your organs and core stability. Haha the funny looks you get when you go to gym to do weights while pregnant. I feel people thinking why are you here? Or why are you not doing yoga? Lol biggest tip I have for getting your body back quickly after bub is to stay fit while you are still pregnant in which ever way is most comfortable for you...be it walking, yoga, weights, swimming or whatever.
