I know it’s been a minute. But currently working on some new projects while pretending I’m still in vacation mode. One of which is finally starting a blog, after nearly three years of deciding not to due to my lack of confidence in my writing. But after my recent travels, I’ve realized I have so much more details to share that really can’t fit in the tiny caption window. Someone recommended I do a vegan travel guide for Asia and I’ve been inspired (thanks @nevernotvegan). And I’ve been asked a good amount of questions by others during the trip. Plus, I’ll be better able to organized my old and new photos and recipes over there. I hope you’ll join me when it’s ready (no peeking 😏...my content isn’t up yet lol). . On another note, my partner took me to this Afghan restaurant (Aryana Afghan Restaurant) the other day and man it was good! First time trying Afghan food and this place puts it up there with Indian food in terms of flavours but with a very unique twist. Pictured here I had lentil stew, seasoned rice, curried eggplant and flatbread similar to naan. I hope to go back one day. . (And if anyone is wondering about @surprisinglysweetja, that’s still on hold for now as I’m not really in a space where I can comfortably work. So for now, I’m just keeping busy with other ideas.
