This Vegan Mint Shamrock Shake is a healthy and refreshing take on the usual shake. It's great for St. Patrick's Day or any time you want a cool treat because it doesn't have any dairy and is full of plant-based ingredients.
Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas, sliced. 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup. 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves. 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder optional, for color.
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or mintiness if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves.
