Progress! Top photo I weigh 260 and the bottom photo I am now 238. These photos are 3 months apart. I will probably say this until the end of time... but taking DIET out of your vocabulary and just listening to your body and eating when you’re hungry really does change not only your body, but your mindset. Once I let go of dieting and just focused on eating when I was hungry, weight just started to fall off... THE RIGHT WAY. No restricting, not losing crazy amounts of weight super super fast, it’s coming off slowly and healthily. I’ve never felt as good as I do now on any “diet” that I’ve tried before.. and believe me, I’ve tried them all. From Keto, juicing, fasting etc.. and some self harming ways as well... bulimia, starving myself for days, cutting so I would remember not to eat... I was tearing myself apart, until a year ago I was watching a video by @highcarbhannah and she inspired me in ways she’ll never understand. And I’m forever grateful and thankful for her saving my life in a time where I was destroying my body. Not only had I changed my life into veganism, I also stopped dieting and just started to listen to my body and next thing I knew... voila! Ya girl was dropping those POUNDS HUNTYYY!!!
