We have finally arrived at our destination for the next three days, we are at the Holiday Inn Chelsea (Manhattan), it is certain that in a city like NYC, the rooms are not as big as in the suburbs, but it is charming and really comfortable ! ;-) . . Hi guys, this week, I just started a super intense workout routine ( #veganstyle ) Kris Gethin's 4 Weeks 2 Shredz workout from BodyBuilding.com The workout itself is very intense. For each exercise, I have to do 3 sets with two pyramid drop sets. For example, if I am doing a leg extension, 1st set would be 10 reps max, then 1 minute rest; 2nd set would be 10 reps max, rest 10 seconds, and then 20 reps max. After another 1 minute rest, the third set is a ultra-superset with a 10 reps max, 10 sec rest, 20 reps max followed by 20 sec rest, then end up with 30 reps. On top of that, after each weigh training sessions, I have to do at least twice thirty minutes of cardio exercises, once during AM, and another one during PM.
