After 90 days of hitting the weights and eating right, I finally see some clear results in my #bodybuilding journey. Was it easy? Hell no it wasn’t ?!😩😫😱 There were months I had to lift embarrassing 😳baby weights as I was off the gym for a whole year. There were weeks I had to either get up early🌄 or stay up late 🌌 to make sure I don’t miss my lifting days. There were days I had to hit the gym when I was super sick. 😷 There were hours I had to stuff food in my mouth even when I was full. Why did I succeed and see results? 😁🙌🏼 1️⃣ I accepted my situation when I have the not-looking-so-good physique on the left. 2️⃣ I was willing to fail almost every single set I lift my weights. 3️⃣ I did enough to keep my daily preparations and daily nutrients on point so that my muscles can recover faster. 4️⃣ Even though I was in professional bodybuilder or physical trainer, I acted like one every single time I workout. 💪🏼 5️⃣ I did my very best no matter how sore I felt or how sick 😷 6️⃣ When I was super stressed 😩 due to other aspects of my life before my workout, I would meditate to refocus my mind so that I could maximize my mind-muscle connections when I executed the repetitions. 7️⃣ I believe that god/universe would help me my providing me the right resources (an amazing gym and the access to buy supplements I needed) for me to achieve my fitness goal. It’s all up to you and what you want out of your life. As inspired by Chris Gardner portrayed by Will Smith in “The Pursuit of Happiness”: 👊🏼If you want something, go get it. Period!!!! Don’t let anyone else to tell you that you can’t do something, no even your parents, not your significant one, not your best friends, not your mentors, etc. You have a dream, do something about it today to bring that dream into the reality.
