Meet @Will_is_all_i_am I started my journey at a weight of 337lbs. My story came to life finding out we were having our 2nd little boy! I knew something had to change and man has life changed! Since this journey began I’ve grown into a much better father! I’m no longer the dad sitting on the side not able to keep up with my kids! It truly is amazing the things you can do when given the right opportunity. I chose VSG on a recommendation from and coworker. He had great success and I knew this was the path for me! It’s not everyday you receive a second chance at life and I’ve made a promise to myself as well as my family that I will do everything in my power to live the healthiest life I can for them. If that means countless hours days/nights in the gym and preparing food than so be it. This is my life and at 32 years old I’m living it to the fullest! Starting tip: please reach out to others in this community and ask QUESTIONS! Meet: @ethanstill95 I began my weight loss journey at 476 lbs in July ‘16! I smoked 2 packs of cigs, dipped snuff, & drank a 30 pack of beer daily. I had even reached the point of debating whether or not to end my life. I knew that this was not the life I wanted to live, & that a change had to be made. I began working out & meeting for consultation with a bariatric surgeon & nutritionist. Over the first 10 months, I lost my 1st 100 lbs. This milestone happened the day of my VSG. After surgery I began working out as soon as I was medically cleared to do so, & became addicted to the process of bettering myself; both mentally & physically. Over the last 3 years, I’ve lost 241 lbs., and am set to step on stage at my 1st ever bodybuilding/physique show June 29th! I love using this platform to share positivity and inspiration to those looking for that little spark to fuel their life-changing transformation To me, body positive means working day in & day out to create the best version of yourself, and remaining proud, yet never satisfied of your results. HOW TO GET BIGGER ARMS⁉️ . ➕ My cons of having bigger arms . SHARE THIS CAPTION W/ 👥 . You have to focus on the biggest part of the arm which is the tricep. The tricep is broken down into three parts. Long , short and medical head. You want to hit the long head because it’s the biggest part of the tricep. Doing things above head for triceps will hit that best. Things such as : French Press : OverHead Extensions : Skull Crushers . Now let’s talk about the bicep. It’s only about 33 % but that’s enough to still see a significance you think deep about this. The biceps is broken down as well which would be the long and short head. Doing things such as changing your grip , changing angles of your concentration. Taking away your thumbs when curling and things like that. You have to think about the inside and the outside. Trail and error can work as well. You have to think about where you feel it most when you change up the grips and angles. . One of the best ways to grow your biceps is with cables because you have constant time under tension and better ROM . Dumbbells work well also but I wouldn’t recommend barbell for optimal growth. Barbell would be more for strength. Dumbbell and cables are better for size because of the range of motion & time under tension. . I know I am not an expert in this but through experience and trail and error. I can guide someone in the right direction in terms of muscle growth. It’s great to read all the 📚 and articles but nothin beats doing it. . SAVE & SHARE . Cons . ROM Mobility Flexibility . Those are the main cons of having arms that are too big. Off for dissent people they are going to be either more or less. But those are mine .
