Hello,
I have been vegetarian for over 6 years, but still I was eager to read this book, because you can also discover something new in vegetarian diet. Well, this book made me realize that even vegetarian diet can be unhealthy if you don't know how to replace several products. It is true that many vegetarians either replace meat with soya hamburgers, or just don't replace it at all which can affect their health.
So I started reading this book in order to understand whether I do something wrong in my diet or not. And I found many healthy substitutes to unhealthy products which I used sometimes.
For those people who are only about to start their vegetarian/vegan diet there is a lot of information concerning how to start, continue and maintain your new healthy diet. The author gives many reasons to be vegetarian and I guess it might be helpful for those of you who are in doubt still. I absolutely agree that this diet cannot harm your body, but only can make it healthier. Your life will definitely change to the better and you will feel energetic every day.
What new have I found in this book?
Well, there are a lot of good recipes which I will definitely try. There are 3 sections of recipes: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I found plenty of good recipes in lunch and dinner sections, however little less in breakfast, because I don't consume eggs. Overall, this book is definitely good help for starters and those who feel that their vegetarian diet is still incomplete. I really enjoyed reading this book because it was quite easy to understand the author and his point of view.
