...Continued from afternoon of 3rd November (Thursday):
Otto brings us to the Farm, and then asks us to harvest the matured Carrots and Eggplants from the Vegetable Garden. He also informs us that he stocks seeds for various vegetables in his Otto's Market. Otto muses about who would order Vegetable Sushi...
Talking to him, we open Otto's Market to purchase x3 Carrot Seeds and x3 Onion Seeds. These are important for our Curry Party dishes, but I'm not sure if we'll be able to grow them in time. We plant the seeds anyway.
We also now have a chance to go into Ecowatcher to turn in the "Overpopulated Invasive Fish" mission, which required us to kill 30 Striped Catfish and 2 Sheepshead, giving us 50 points as a reward.
Teleporting again to the Sea People Village and heading into Mima's Restuarant for the afternoon lunch session, we order some Sea Grape Dumpling which "reduces (Dave's) damage taken by 10%".
Our Seagrape Sprouts are growing nicely at the Seaweed Farm. And we do some upgrading of seeds at Kazhin's Seed Shop for the Agar Seeds and Kajime Seeds, so that they'll both produce 30% extra harvest when planted in future.
We exit the Village via the Sea People Village Gate, and work our way up the Blue Hole Depths with a Tranquilliser Rifle in tow. We catch and drone away a few large sharks, including a Megamouth Shark. We also swim all the way up to the Shallows and our boat, catching lots of Comb Jellies and Giant Trevally along the way...
Dive No. 76 saw us Obtaining lots of Items (53), including 2 Comb Jelly Electric Organs and 2 Giant Trevally Fins, which are important Weapon Upgrade ingredients! We also collected 10 Iron Ores which are valuable for crafting the basic version of some weapons.
We went on yet another Night Dive to prep for our Curry Party ingredient, Moray Eel meat. Dive No. 77 saw us catch 65 fish, which is mostly made up of the Longspine Squirrelfish that we trap with our Large Net Gun. The Squirrelfish are basically similar to the Striped Catfish in that they attack in schools and swarms.
Back at Bancho Sushi, we prep for 20 servings for Tonight's Menu -
Big-Eyed Scad and Soybean Paste Roast - 351 gold/serving, 12 servings
Smallspotted Dart Kajime Soup - 330 gold/serving, 6 servings
Megamouth Shark Sushi - 323 gold/serving, 2 servings
We have basically the same crew as yesterday - Itsuki and Billy as Servers supporting Dave (Manager), Maki and James as Cooks assisting Bancho (Head Chef).
Near closing time, I noticed there were a couple of customers still milling around and we had just 1 serving of Big-Eyed Scad and Soybean Paste Roast left on the Menu. So like yesterday, I opened the Menu (press 1) and put up a single serving of Megamouth Shark Sushi, and turned on "Auto-Supply"...
...Except, we didn't sell any further servings, and wasted that extra serving, because we only served 19 customers/servings that night. We had a Score of 5.0, meaning we served everyone we could possibly serve perfectly without missing a beat.
Our Top Seller for the night was Big-Eyed Scad and Soybean Paste Roast, selling 11 servings for a total of 4,036 gold with 175 gold Bonus. Total Sales was 7,591 gold, Total Expenses 1,879 gold and Net Profit was 5,712 gold.
The next morning is 4th November (Friday), D-Day for the MC Sammy VIP Visit for Vegetable Sushi, as well as D-Day for Curry Party night.
In preparation for tonight's special Curry theme, we spruce up Bancho Sushi with some new decorations that give it a little bit of Indian/Middle-Eeastern vibes while retaining some Japanese influences that point to our restaurant being a sushi bar. We spent 2,000 gold on decor.
At the end of today's play-through, we get the Achievement "Mister Melee" for catching 20 fish with our melee weapon, courtesy of the Striped Catfish attacks.
